NEIL YOUNG - HARVEST - UK AND US TEST PRESSINGS. Rare opportunity to acquire both UK and US test pressings of the iconic 1972 LP. The UK record (K 54005 A1/B1) is in neat Ex condition with a couple of rather minor hairline markings on side 2. Somewhat amusingly, 'Neil Diamond Side 1' is hand written on the side 1 label - we have played the LP and can very much vouch the record plays Neil Young! The US pressing (MS 2032) is interesting in that both sides contain 'side 1'. The record is in top Ex+ condition.

The record is in Ex+ condition with just a couple of extremely faint hairline markings on side 2. Complete with the original UK sleeve presented in fine Ex condition with just some slight corner wear.

Sir Alexander Allan Bt. (1764-1820) Views in the Mysore Country 20 uncoloured aquatints, unbound, engraved title page dedicated to Charles Marquis Cornwallis K. G., Governor General of Bengal, 6 sheets/12pp. descriptive letterpress pages at end all pierced in margins left side and tied together Sheet sizes 48 x 69cm; 19 x 27¼in A rare book of views of India. Allan was a painter and politician who joined the East India Company as a cadet in 1779. He served in the Madras Infantry from 1780 and took part in the third and fourth Mysore wars and this book came from images drawn towards the end of the third campaign. He was a military topographer of some note and produced works for the British public particularly to feed their growing interest in Tipu Sultan.
