A rare 17th/18th century claret magnum bottle, with wax seal, marked ‘James Turnbull, Hawick, Claret, Ch. Ducru Beau Caillou’, the bottle of moon shape (many were onion shaped at the time), the sides with gilt lettering ‘Claret Magnum 1665, the date may reflect the original date of claret contents and not the bottle, 34cm high, 24cm wideProvenance: Direct descent from one of the family.James Turnbull was both a grocer and wine merchant in Hawick. He also was a well known blender of Scotch Whisky. Interest for both rare Whisky collectors and Bottle Collectors alike!

Lackschäden. L 28 cm. Je Altersspuren, bespielt. Anbei 4 gerade und 4 gebogene Gleisstücke sowie eine Kreuzungsweiche.| MÄRKLIN clockwork locomotive with 3 freight cars, track 1, 1919-25, black steam locomotive "1041" with tender, 1919-1924, pointed smoke box door, (dent in the area of the right gallery rod), the roof of the driver's cab is bent, the paintwork is partially damaged, the key is included, the clockwork does not start (gummy?), overall length 41, 5 cm, plus an open goods wagon, green hand-painted, 1920-24, slight damage to the paintwork, L 20 cm, wine wagon with two brown barrels and 4 signs halfway up "WEIN-TRANSPORT" and "RÜDESHEIM No 416", 1919-25, severe damage to the paintwork , barrel lids are missing, L 21.5 cm and 1 log wagon 1814 G with buffer and lumber loading (2 x 2-axle turntable wagon, 1 tensioning chain is not completely preserved), small paint damage L 28cm. Each signs of age, used. Attached are 4 straight and 4 curved pieces of track and a slip switch.
Danbury Mint, BBC, Last Of The Summer Wine - 6 x collectable Danbury Mint cottage/street scenes by Jane Hart, featuring the BBC Last of The Summer Wine.
