A pair of Old Sheffield plated late period wine coolers, of square vase form on shaped square bases with borders of embossed, part-fluting and gadrooning with shells and foliage, engraved on one side with a coat of arms below the motto "Fide Sed Vide", complete with large collars and liners c.1825, 10.25in (26cm) high. A pair of late period old Sheffield plated wine coolers, of campana form with part fluting, twin foliate handles and gadrooned and shell borders, decorated around the middles with a frieze of repeating anthemion motifs, and engraved on one side with a coat of arms and the other side with a crest above the motto "Stabit Quocunque Jeceris" (complete with collars and liners) makers mark a single sunburst motif, possibly for Mappin Brothers, 1845-50. 10in (25.5cm) high.
