THREE STONEWARE BOTTLES OF TAUNTON INTEREST comprising a flat-sided flask impressed `Palmer / Wine & Spirit Merchant / Taunton`, with loop handle, 28.5cm; a bottle impressed `Palmer / Wine & Spirit Merchant / Taunton`, with rounded shoulders and loop handle, 32.5cm (flake from body); and a bottle printed `Scarlett & Son / Wine & Spirit Merchant / Taunton`, with rounded shoulders and loop handle, 31.5cm (flake from neck rim).
Suite of glass engraved with vine leaves and berries, consisting of six 17cm high wine glasses, nine 12cm high glasses, four 9cm high sherry glasses, and seven glass rinsing bowls, late 19th / early 20th century, (26) Condition report: One tall wine glass lacks part of the foot. A tall wine glass, two medium wine glasses and a sherry glass have small chips to the edges of the feet. There are very minor nicks to the edges of the panel cut sides but nothing defacing.

A pair of Canton Vases, c.1830, each with panels of figures, precious objects, butterflies and one with Li Taibai in a wine pot, the shoulders with gilt chilong and the neck with Buddhist lions, both damaged or restored, 41.2 and 42.2cm (2) 清约1830年 广彩描金堆塑螭龙纹开光人物故事图双狮耳瓶一对 CONDITION REPORT: One vase with rim restored. The other vase with large section of lower base missing, large hair line cracks throughout, restoration to chilong and rim.
Three interesting horn Wine Cups, probably second half 18th century, each hand-press-moulded, each of ceramic form on low foot rim and amber stained to simulate rhinoceros, 8.5 to 9cm (3) It is difficult to determine what horn is in use here, but buffalo is the most likely. The bowls display considerable signs of wear from use suggesting some age. 清十八世纪后半期(可能) 犀牛角杯三只 CONDITION REPORT: One with some natural separation, and small chip to rim. And all with natural flaws.
