Dal 1989 i vigneti di questa maison sono gestiti in biodinamica. Qui abbiamo una serie di annate molto interessanti. Sicuramente la 2010, il cui consumo, a detta della stessa azienda, non è previsto prima del 2021… Poi non si può certo dimenticare la 2005, acclamata dai più come grandissima. E poi la 1996, a completare un trittico incredibile, accompagnato da altre stupende annate. A winery that has existed since 1717, a fact that speaks volumes.
