Koloman Moser for E Bakalowits & Sohne, a Secessionist 'Meteor' wine glass, circa 1900, the washed pink to colourless moulded ogee bowl on a plain bowed stem, 20cm highNote: one of the most important designs of the early 20th century, Moser's most famous wine service, the Meteor, was commissioned for sale by the Viennese firm of Bakalowits, and probably produced by Meyr's Neff glass company.
