Mappin & Webb Metamorphic Drinks Cabinet; an Edwardian mahogany and crossbanded drinks cabinet, the top with brass mechanism opening to reveal a rising interior fitted with recessed compartments and brass plaque "Mappin & Webb Ltd. Oxford Street London W', on square tapering legs with brass caps and casters, 21¾in (55cm) closed width, 42½in (108cm) opened width; the cabinet includes three cut-glass decanters with silver-plated wine labels, a cigarette box, silver ashtray, silver-mounted glass match striker and eight various glasses.
A George III mahogany and brass bound hexagonal wine cooler, having a hinged top, raised on chamfered reeded leg stand, h.73cm, w.48cm, d.41.5cm (missing one carry handle) Condition Report / Extra Information Stands well. One brass carry handle missing. Top with minor chips to some corners. Interior good. Legs with no breaks but two with old chips. Hinge good, no splits. Brass good.

A pair of late Victorian silver plated pedestal wine coolers and liners, each with inset engraved armorial, gadrooned rims and heavy cast handles, h.23cm Condition Report / Extra Information One liner base section stuck. The other liner top section loose. Minor tarnishing. Otherwise no apparent faults.
IN THE MANNER OF ROWLAND WARD - assorted glassware to include jug, bowl, decanter, eight deep wine glasses, eight shallow bowled wine glasses, seven tumblers, eight liqueur glasses and four other glasses, all with etched African animals, jug 24.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Bowl : diameter 22 cm, height approx. 16.75 cm. All items with some light general wear, bowl with a few paint-like deposits to rim, wine glasses appear sound, tumblers appear sound although one of them does appear to have a band of clouding. Jug : height approx. 24.5 cm, generally appears sound. Tots have some blemishes and small vertical scratch to one, and some paint-like deposits. Cylindrical shaped glasses : one is cracked and chipped, and another has frits to rim. Shallow stemmed wine glasses have some paint-like deposits but otherwise appear OK. Decanter : stopper appears to be stuck and not currently able to remove this, has some condensation to interior, externally decanter appears OK although not able to inspect stopper and neck fully.
One bottle Chateau Latour 1er Grand Cru Classé Pauillac Médoc 1950 CONDITION REPORTS Label in poor condition, torn and ripped in places, peeling. all over brown marks. Bottle all over dirty, assorted marks, foil top is worn but still intact, level of wine is mid way up shoulders of bottle, no apparent leakage from cap when bottle is horizontal.
A pair of mahogany and brass bound oval wine coolers in the early 19th Century Irish taste with brass liners and gadrooned edge above a carved main body, raised on hairy lion's paw feet, each 71 cm x 46 cm CONDITION REPORTS Some general wear, scuffs and chips, some rubbing and scuffs to feet. Date not known, but appear to be 20th Century. Length including handles approx. 75 cm
A Regency mahogany sarcophagus shaped wine cooler, the cross banded top with gadrooned edge and lion mask carved decoration opening to reveal a fitted interior, the tapering cross banded sides over lions paw feet to a platform base, 88 cm wide x 68 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Large split running across the entire top, various splitting to the curved edges, main body has scrapes, knocks, bruises, etc. conducive with age and use, large split running all the way along the base, one foot has been broken in two and has been repaired, another foot has had two claws off and repaired, there is loss to areas of moulding (with repairs), interior opens up to reveal modern restoration to the inside lid, baize has worn on the two outside sections, possibly newly fitted interior and there appears to be a blank space between the base of the interior and the bottom of the cooler itself (see images for further details), there is loss of moulding to the right-hand side canted corner underneath the lion mask.
