Two French silver wine tasters, late 19th/early 20th century, one set with Louis XVI coin dated 1784 and stamped around sides with trailing fruiting vines, the other smaller with beads, lobes and fluting to sides and initialled oval thumbpiece, 7.7 cm. and 6.7 cm. respectively, wt. 146 gm. (2).Small pinprick ding to base of smaller one otherwise good.
A George III Scottish plain rectangular silver wine label by Jonathan Millidge, Edinburgh, circa 1818, (king's head, JM, thistle), incised "PORT", 4.8 cm. long; also a similar but smaller George III Scottish wine label by J. McKay, Edinburgh, circa 1805 (castle, JMc., king's head), incised "HOLLANDS", 3.5 cm. long, wt. 21 gm. (2).Both in good condition.
A George IV Scottish silver wine label by Philip Grierson, Glasgow, 1823, shaped oblong, with chased shell, scroll and leaf border, textured surface centred by a scroll-edged plain reserve applied with a silver-gilt scroll-chased initial "S" for Sherry, 4.6 cm. long, wt. 15 gm.An unusual and attractive label in lovely condition.
A French Provincial silver wine taster, 1st. standard, 1819/38, with ribbed ring handle, sides fluted on one half and lobed and stamped with fruiting vines to other side, rim initialled "A.M", domed at centre, 7.5 cm. diameter, wt. 67 gm. Overall good order, a couple of small nicks or file marks to edge of rim, well marked on handle.
A pair of George III Irish silver wine labels of late 18th century style by John Townsend, Dublin, circa 1810 (maker's mark JT only, struck twice), gadroon-edged scroll with border extending to form an openwork dome around a vacant oval cartouche, the border forming a trefoil at base, incised and filled "VIN-DE-GRAVE" and "HERMITAGE", 5.4 cm. long, wt. 19 gm. (2).Good condition, all black filling intact in first label, losses to filling in "ERM" of title in second label.

A French Provincial silver wine taster, mark of BG with devices above and below, 1st. standard, 1819/38, ribbed ring handle, sides fluted on one half, the other with beads, circular lobes and fruiting vines, rim inscribed "ALEXANDRE DUCHAMPS", domed to centre, 7.1 cm. diameter, wt. 46 gm.In good condition, clearly marked on handle.

Pair contemporary silver wine coasters of flared circular form, with turned wooden bases and central silver boss (Birmingham 2000 Millennium mark), maker - B. & Co., 14cm diameter CONDITION REPORT General overall condition is very good. Some minor surface scratching. No damage or repairs. Wooden bases are unmarked. Both coasters appear unused. Silver surfaces are quite heavily tarnished and such require cleaning. Marks are clear

All at approximately 5ozs, 13.5cm overall length CONDITION REPORT General overall condition good, some surface scratching to body and several dents. One crease which has been partially removed. Nozzle cut and repaired. Reeded border to slip in strainer has black marks, muslin ring frame distorted. Marks slightly rubbed but legible
