Liquid level of 1978 Bourgogne at approx shoulder (fairly low). Liquid level of Chateau Mouton Rothschild is below neck, midway on shoulder. Liquid level of Nuits-Saint-Georges is approx half way down neck and into shoulder. We can make no guarantees as to condition of wine.
