A George III 18th century silver 2-piece wine funnel, mark of George Smith (II) & Thomas Hayter, London 1793, the top section with beaded rim and pierced bowl with side lip, part marked lower friction fitting section with reeded edge and beaded rim, interior with removable muslin ring, 9cm diameter, 13cm high, 3.7oztOverall in fair to good condition with no obvious sign of repair. Both parts fit together well.Top section: Rim a little out of shape. Hallmarks clear and readable. Some minor surface scratches and minor bruising.Spout section: A little bruised.
