19TH CENTURY MAHOGANY TWO STAGE HANGING PRESS CUPBOARD having moulded cornice over two blind panel doors, the projecting base with two short, two long graduated drawers with turned knobs, standing on baluster turned feet with shaped apron. Circa 1840. 51" wide x 23.5" deep x 84" high. (128cm x 60cm x 222cm) CONDITION REPORT: Damage with minor loss to top of right hand door frame. Evident panel crack to left hand door. A little dry with wear and tear commensurate with age. No other serious damage or losses.
EARLY 19TH CENTURY WELSH OAK LOW TWO STAGE PRESS CUPBOARD having moulded cornice over reeded frieze with heart shaped escutcheon, above a pair of double panel pointed ogee moulded blind doors having bone escutcheons and flanked by quarter reeded panels, revealing fitted shelves to the interior, over four dummy drawers with similar escutcheons. The base with an arrangement of five moulded drawers having bone escutcheons and later turned knobs, standing on shaped bracket feet. Circa 1820. 53" x 21" x 67" (135cm x 53cm x 171cm). Probably Cardiganshire. CONDITION REPORT: Overall good, a little dry and faded in places. Shrinkage to sides. Two missing escutcheons. One end particularly dry. General wear and tear commensurate with age.
18TH CENTURY STAINED PINE TWO SECTION PRESS CUPBOARD having moulded and reeded cornice over two blind panel doors with fitted shelves to the interior, the separate base with two short moulded edge drawers over two long drawers, all with turned knobs and standing on splay bracket feet. Crica 1780. 18" x 23.5" x 29" (46cm x 60cm x 74cm). CONDITION REPORT: Well worn overall, one cornice return is detached but with the lot. Two moulding returns to the cornice are missing. Generally worn and restained overall. Scuffed and marked particularly around lower edges and feet. Cracks evident to two of the side panels.

Reduced stile supports. Circa. 1770. 60.5" x 22" x 72" (153cm x 55cm x 183cm) CONDITION REPORT: The original style feet have been cut down almost flush with the floor. Reasonable medium colour. A little dry and lacking in patination. Structurally good. Minor damage and losses to the cornice and moulding to on side.

Bone escutcheons. Second half 20th century. 59" x 18" x 86" (115cm x 46cm x 218cm) CONDITION REPORT: Good condition overall. A modern dresser lacking one knob and one bone escutcheon.
A PART LATE 18TH/EARLY 19TH CENTURY WELSH OAK POT BOARD DRESSER, now having later constructed boarded oak three shelf rack back, the original base with reed moulded top having curved angles above two blind moulded edge frieze drawers, the pot board later replaced, standing on stile feet. 57" x 17" x 80" (145cm x 43cm x 203cm) CONDITION REPORT: Heavily restored at some stage. Very likely as a result of it being in exceedingly poor condition. The boarded rack back is a complete but well made replacement. The pot board itself is a later replacement. Overall in usable, fair condition. Some stains, ink marks and wear commensurate with age. The lower parts of the style feet are scuffed, worn and showing evidence of rot in places.
