Original vintage music poster advertising the Faces third studio album A Nod Is As Good As a Wink... to a Blind Horse - Great artwork features puppets of the band performing on stage with a tartan horse in the background. A Nod's As Good As a Wink... to a Blind Horse is the third album by British rock group Faces, and their second album of 1971. Faces were an English rock band formed in 1969 by members of Small Faces after lead singer/guitarist Steve Marriott left that group to form Humble Pie. The remaining Small Faces—Ian McLagan (keyboards), Ronnie Lane (bass guitar, vocals), and Kenney Jones (drums and percussion)—were joined by Ronnie Wood (guitar) and Rod Stewart (lead vocals), both from the Jeff Beck Group, and the new line-up was renamed Faces. Faces and Small Faces were jointly inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012. Good condition, several crease marks, repaired tear. Trio of London Country (London Transport-manufactured) DESTINATION BLINDS comprising an 'NN' ultimate for RT, RML, AN vehicles at Garston (GR) garage dated 31.?.76, a 'VV' rear numbers for RML vehicles at Windsor (WR) garage dated 22.11.75 and a 'PP' canopy blind for RML vehicles at Windsor (WR) garage dated 21.5.73. All are Aldenham-manufactured and complete blinds except for the last which has a section missing at the end. [3]
