A Late 18th Century Queen Anne Type Doll, with a carved wooden head, blonde wig, wide carved eyes inlaid with blue pupils, black spotted eyebrows and eyes, rosy cheeks, carved wood lower arms and legs, 40cm high; together with costume remnants, blue grosgrain hat, and beadwork 'Forget me Not' (boxed) . Nose is worn/rubbed and paint missing, also to the mouth. Rubbing, wear and scratches to the face and back of the neck. Wool wig mount has several holes and areas missing to the top and back of the head, majority of the blind wig is missing. The left arm and leg are possibly later replacements. The right hand side shows scuffing and wear, crack and split to the hip where dowel attaches for jointed leg. Scuffing and wear to the remaining body. - see extra images.
