A 19th century mahogany and line inlaid secretaire bookcase, the astragal glazed doors enclosing three adjustable shelves over a fitted satinwood veneered secretaire drawer above two blind cupboard doors enclosing three linen trays, on bracket feet, h. 242 cm, w. 116 cm, d. 46 cm CONDITION REPORT: One pane of glass broken. Splitting to the base sides. Four later knobs in secretaire and later baize insert. Small amount of veneer missing. General wear and tear.

A George III mahogany longcase clock, late 18th century, the arched hood with broken scroll swan neck pediment centred by a reeded flame and urn finial above blind foliate carve frieze and arched glazed door enclosing a 13 inch brass dial with silvered chapter ring, Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, foliate engraved centre, cherub spandrels with disc in the arch marked Tempus Fugit, eight day movement striking on a gong the hood with fluted pilasters above a foliate moulding and full length trunk door with shaped door flanked by fluted quarter pilasters over a base board and canted fluted corners on shaped bracket feet, 205cm high.

A George III Chinese Chippendale Style Mahogany Armchair with fretted trellis work to the sides. The upholstered camel back and serpentine front seat now covered in a chinoiserie fabric woven with white prunus blossom on an eau-de-nil ground, and standing on square legs enriched with intricate blind fretwork, connected by an H-form stretcher.
A George III Mahogany Chest on Chest. The upper chest having a dentil moulded top above a decorative blind fret carved frieze band, two short over three long cock-beaded drawers flanked by fluting to the canted corners. The base chest housing three further long drawers raised on bracket feet. The drawers retaining their original gilt brass swing handles. 75 ins (190 cms) high, 42 ins (107 cms) wide, 20½ ins (52 cms) deep.
An 18th Century American Mahogany 'Cock-pin' Armchair. The trellis work back bars contained in a square frame with re-entrant corners; the arms with similar trellis work leading down to a green damask seat, standing on square canted legs enriched with blind fret carved decoration and having curved open brackets to the corners, 37 ins (94 cms) high, 16 ins (66 cms) wide, 19 ins (48 cms) deep.

The upper section having a dentil moulded cornice ornamented with a band of blind fret-carving above three short upper drawers and three long drawers flanked by canted sides enhanced with stop-fluting.
