A late Regency mahogany bow fronted chest, the cross-banded and satinwood strung top over four long graduated drawers with pressed brass handles, raised on splayed bracket feet, 130 cm wide x 63 cm deep x 94.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Various areas of inlay and veneer missing throughout, especially to the feet and apron. Has been patched in areas. Some heavier knocks, bumps, etc to the sides. The top drawer has had an interesting alteration to the interior. Drawers sit slightly proud. Handles have been replaced. General wear and tear conducive with age and use to include water marks to the top, some splitting to the veneer, knocks, bumps, etc. See images for more details.

One leg has been off and repaired with an agricultural repair. The back has been off and with agricultural repair. Various knocks, scrapes, etc. There is a section missing to the back of the chest although cut to fit a room. One drawer liner is broken at the front and drawers are a bit sticky.

A George III mahogany bachelor's chest, the plain top with applied moulded edge over a brushing slide and four long graduated drawers with brass swan neck handles, raised on bracket feet, 86 cm wide x 51 cm deep x 84.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Top with staining and marking throughout. Areas of repair and damage. Right top back of side panel with damage and two large splits vertically. Left side panel with large split vertically. Drawer handles replacements and with signs of old Victorian handles and pegs where previous swan neck handles were once placed. Front has damage in several areas and repairs to the beading between drawers and to the edge of the drawers. Bracket feet again with signs of wear and tear conducive with age and use.

Top drawer with break.
