A George III and later carved mahogany architects desk, with two way ratcheted top, leather inset with a foliate carved edge, above a drawer with writing slide and compartments beneath, over six short drawers, with panelled central cupboard door and panelled sides, on bracket feet, the drawer fronts and sides with blind fret detailing with ebonised colouration to the reserves -the fret may not be original), (at fault) 81cm H x 117cm W x 58cm D
A George III oak chest on chest, with dentil cornice above two short and three graduated long drawers, above three further graduated drawers, on bracket feet, 178cm H x 108cm W x 54cm D CONDITION REPORT: The handles and escutcheons are not original. There are some losses to the wood on the beading of the drawers, small nicks to the cornice. Both sides of the top and base are made of two sections of oak - the vertical join line is visible down the middle. Despite faults of a bright colour and overall appearance ok. Surface probably cleaned within 30 years.

Red glass panels to sides and rear (surmounted by ' King Of The Road TRLW ' brass ring). Mounting bracket to top. Appears fully and sympathetically restored. Measures approx; 21cm tall. An incredibly rare original WWII Second World War Avro Lincoln navigator's crew seat / chair. Riveted aluminium frame, with original leather seat and backrest present. Avro-Lincoln specific bracket still remains to underside, with attachments. Seat restraint stamped 1945 with maker's details. An incredibly rare original Lincoln crew seat. Measures approx; 77cm tall. Very rare.NOTE: The seat casing itself was non-specific to Lincolns and Lancasters, and the two were actually interchangeable. Only the mounting bracket was different for fitment into either aircraft. The Avro Type 694, better known as the Avro Lincoln, was a British four-engined heavy bomber, which first flew on 9 June 1944. Developed from the Avro Lancaster, the first Lincoln variants were initially known as the Lancaster IV and V, these were renamed Lincoln I and II. It was the last piston-engined bomber operated by the Royal Air Force (RAF).NOTE: Proceeds from this lot are being donated towards the ' Attack On The Sorpe Dam ' film project. The film tells the story of the famous Dambusters raid of WWII, and features testimony from George 'Johnny' Johnson himself.
A fine Italian white metal and parcel gilt scent or Cologne casket, the interior with mirror plate to the lid, a cut glass powder jar and fitted with six cut glass Cologne bottles with gilded collars and stoppers, the casket with applied cast floral swags and raised on paw bracket feet. 20th century. 21' wide over handles
A Regency brass and mahogany double fusee bracket clock by F. Lawley of Bath, the eight day double fusee movement striking the hour on a bell, the signed and painted circular 8in. dial with Roman numerals, the rectangular case with shallow gadrooned top with brass finial, over a brass inlaid front and sides with foliate rosette ring handles and pierced brass scale fretwork grilles, raised on decorative gilt brass ball feet, 19½in. (49.5cm.) high.* Condition: Very original condition - case is quite dirty but has a lovely colour. All brass inlays are complete. They are securely fixed overall - just two of the string inlays are lifting a little at the ends. Two chips to edge of gadrooned top to front and small chip to the back corners. Locks to dial glass and rear door working - key is rusty but original. Movement definitely original to case. A few old (inactive ) worm holes to top of back. Shrinkage crack down centre of right lower side of case, below the grille. Side moulding missing from the top right of case. Winds and runs but will almost certainly require cleaning and some work as it has not been serviced for decades. Winding key 20th century.
A William IV mahogany cased double fusee bracket clock, eight day double fusee movement, silvered dial with Roman numerals and signed 'Thistle & Leversham, Stogursey', striking the hour and half hour on a bell, the case with pierced windows to either side, floral & foliate decoration to top and corners, on plinth base and bun feet, 17½in. (44.5cm.) high.
A late 19th century mahogany arched mantel clock, with French twin train movement with platform escapement, striking the hours and half hour on a gong, signed by J. Marti of Paris, the white enamel Arabic dial signed Tempus Fugit, in an arch top mahogany case with brass carrying handle, inlaid satinwood panels and brass bracket feet united by a wavy apron, 11in. (28cm.) high.* Condition: Winds and runs. Strikes the hours correctly but very slowly and probably requires cleaningand oiling. Dial good, with a couple of small scratches and small flake from edge of one winding hole. Case very good.
An rosewood cased quarter chiming musical bracket clock, c.1900, the movement by Lorenz Furtwangler & Sons, no. 93244, striking on either eight bells or Westminster chimes on five gongs, the silvered arched dial with Roman chapter ring and slow/fast and chime select subsidiary dials to the arch, in a moulded arched case with turned feet, 13¼in. (33.5cm.) high, with a late Victorian carved walnut clock bracket. (2)* Condition: - Clock: Running order. Chiming mechanism is not working correctly - movement clicks when hands pass the quarters but movement does not start correctly. One of gong hammers is broken off (appears to be an old soldered repair which has come away). Grille cloth split and discoloured. Edge beading holding grille in place has an old glued repair. Case good, with small bump to front of plinth. Dial silvering has some wear and yellowing (probably from nicotine).- Bracket: In good, original condition.
A George III mahogany kneehole dressing table, the caddy moulded top over a fitted full width top drawer with various open and lidded compartments and a letter rack, over an arched kneehole drawer and recessed cupboard, flanked by two banks of three drawers, all oak lined and with original pierced cartouche handles, on ogee bracket feet, 34¼ x 20¾in. (87 x 52.75cm.), 31½in. (80cm.) high.
A William IV mahogany single fusee bracket timepiece, 30 hour single train movement, white painted Roman dial, the case with arched top with foliate carved apron and brass inlaid floral panel to front, on a bevelled plinth with turned bun feet, brass floral loose ring handles to sides, label to interior for 'Wehrle Brothers Watch and Clock Makers, 39, Lisson Grove, N.W. and 47, Warwick Street, Pimlico, S.W., London', 13in. (33cm.) high.* Condition: Minute hand is detached. Some wear to dial and two large flakes to paint at 4.45 and 7.30. Case good with good colour and very original. Small veneer chip to back edge of top. Rear door lacks lock - small bent brass wire catch fitted next to door to keep closed. Movement appears original to case. Winds and runs.
