An unusual painted pine hooded wall alarum timepiece, the 7.75 inch brass dial signed in the arch Jno. Uffington, London, alarm disc, scrolled spandrels, the 30 hour movement with verge escapement in a birdcage type case, the alarm train mounted inside the iron backplate, the case with pagoda top and scrolled bracket base, mid 18th century, 25in (84cm) high.

Puckridge, Goldsmith St., London, the arch with strike / silent subsidiary, the two-train fusee movement with verge escapement and engraved border to the backplate, in a break arch case with single pad top and carrying handle, flanked by brass fish scale grills, on brass ogee feet, late 18th century, 15in (38cm) high. An ebony veneered striking bracket clock, the 6 inch brass dial signed James Snelling, London on the silvered chapter ring, matted centre with date aperture and mock pendulum (now blocked off), the arch with rise and fall regulation subsidiary and strike / not lever, the five pillar movement now converted to anchor escapement, backplate engraved with a mask and birds amongst foliage, quarter repeating work removed, rise and fall work removed, in an inverted bell top case, surmounted by carrying handle, 15.75in (40cm) high. Provenance: Sold on behalf of the Executors of Colin Popham deceased.
A Regency mahogany striking bracket clock, the 8 inch white painted convex dial signed James Streer, Guildford, strike / silent lever at 12 o`clock, the two train fusee movement with shouldered plates and signed on the backplate James Steer, Guildford, pendulum with fine adjustment and hold fast, in a chamfer top case, with brass bound recessed corners and brass inlaid canted corners, adjustable ball feet, pineapple finial, 19.5in (49cm) high.

Fuller, London, pull quarter repeating on four bells, in a basket top case surmounted by carrying handle, on brass circular pad feet, 13.5in (34cm) high. William Fuller. Butterfly dish - small chip to rim. Fish - eye missing. Fish jug - glaze flakes to rim, inside neck and handle, base rim. Gardiniere - Glaze flake to one handle. Multiple nexk jardiniere - chips to all small rims. Purple vase - crazing throughout, crack to one handle.

A large late 19c English chiming bracket clock retailed by the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company, 112 Regent Street, London. The chain driven triple fusee movement quarter chimes a choice of Westminster, Whittington or St Michael`s chimes on seven gongs and hour strikes on an eighth. The arched brass dial has a silver chapter ring and subsidiary rings for chime/silent, pendulum regulation and chime selection. It is contained in an ebonised round topped case set with cast gilt mounts, fret, handles, side frets and surmounted by five gilt pineapples. The clock stands 24"" tall overall.
A late 19c German bracket clock with bevelled spring ting tang movement by Winterhalder & Hoffmeier chiming on two gongs. The arched brass dial has silver chapter ring and subsidiary dials for pendulum regulation and chime/silent. It is contained in an oak round topped case set with bronze mounts, feet, side frets and finials and surrounded by a bronze figure of Perseus, the clock stands 22"" tall.
An early 19c double fusee bracket clock by Bryson of Edinburgh, the 8""diam silvered dial having Roman numerals and matched steel hands and the five pillar movement rack striking on a bell. It is contained in a round topped mahogany case with brass carrying handle, fish scale frets, brass ball feet and brass framed inset quarter panels below the dial, the clock stands 18.5"" tall with handle raised.
