A 19th Century Dent Bracket Clock:A black lacquered architectural plain case on three bun feet with arched aperture amidst gilded edge to dial. Faded name to the dial "Dent, London" Pierced fretwork door to the back opening to reveal bracket movement signed "Dent, London 967" with pendulum and stop.H 34 cm x W 22 cm x D 17 cm CONDITION REPORT: Lacquer to the case has losses around the front case, glass is loose but complete, hairlines to the lacquer to the top, dial has minor losses and named "Dent London" faded beneath the dial. Rear door with fretwork panel has losses to the lacquer to the top and bottom left corner. Period lock and key in situ.Bracket movement with pendulum stop signed "Dent London 967". A George III mahogany two over three serpentine chest of drawers. With ormolu rococo style handles and raised on ogee bracket feet, 94cm wide, 53cm deeo, 86cm high. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. No keys. Handles replaced but of good quality. Top polished. Overall patina very good.
