A late George III mahogany and brass inlaid bracket clock, the plain painted arched dial with Roman numerals and strike/silent dial to arch to the eight day two train movement with shaped brass plates striking and repeating on one bell, contained in arched and moulded case with square moulded cresting, brass mounted cant corners, fretted grilles to sides, with brass ring handles with embossed back plates, on reeded bun feet, 21ins high, complete with original brackets similarly inlaid, 14.75ins wide x 10ins high. Note: Interior case bears repairer's label for Camerer, Cuss & Co dated 8.3.37.
