Mahogany Chest of three short over two flights of three long Drawers, upstand back, moulded edge top and moulded columns to the corners, the frieze having three oval acorn and oak leaf inlaid motifs, the top three drawers having pine linings, the remainder having oak linings. All drawers with corner inlaid motifs and stringing, brass plate handles and escutcheons throughout and standing on interesting ogee bracket feet. 73'' wide x 46 1/4'' high x 21'' deep

An oak bracket clock designed by A W N Pugin, designed for the New Palace of Westminster, of rectangular form with carved oak leaf and acorn panels to side and front, below pierced foliate mantle, carved `Sic Omnia` with silvered circular dial by W Davis & Sons, the dial with a foliate radial frieze, the double fusee five pillar movement striking on a coil gong, stamped to back plate 5472, approx. 74cm by 33cm. Literature: A W N Pugin Master of Gothic Revival, Bard Graduate Centre for Studies in the Decorative Arts/Yale Press, catalogue no. 87 for a comparable clock.

Binch, Mansfield, the domed hood with three finials and tapered columns, the case inlaid and cross banded with canted corners, raised on short outswept bracket feet, 48 by 28 by 240cm high.
