17TH CENTURY STYLE BRASS LANTERN CLOCK the face marked H.Cooley of London, having steel bell, engraved pierced dolphin panels above silvered Roman dial. 39cm high approx. Together with scroll moulded wall bracket, large lead weight and brass cased bob pendulum. (B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: The clock appears to be complete and appears to have been recently restored or generally re-polished.
VICTORIAN OAK TWO TRAIN LONGCASE CLOCK the face marked W.S Shuker of Birmingham, having arched hood above arched aperture flanked by plane turned pilasters, arched waist door on panelled base with bracket feet, overall with heavily carved foliate decoration. Brass face with silver chapter rings having cast gilt spandrels, Arabic numerals. Eight day two train movement, striking on single gong. 215cm high approx. (B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Some evidence of woodworm, particularly to the top of the hood. Otherwise overall in fair condition for age. Includes pendulum and two weights.
