A George III mahogany long case clock, the moulded scroll pediment applied with brass bosses, flanking a half reeded brass finial above a silvered dial, finely engraved with foliate scrolls and with subsidiary seconds and calendar dials, signed Chas Lunan, Aberdeen, 809 to a circular cartouche on the arch, flanked by brass capped reeded Corinthian columns, the arched waist panel door edged with boxwood and flanked by reeded quadrant pilasters, on a plain base with bracket feet, The two-train, 8 day, 5 pillar movement, striking on a bell. A late 18thC mahogany eight day longcase clock, with (later) arched dial, centred by a ship with silver chapter ring, with Roman numeric and Arabic numerals, with further stencilling and raised spandrels, above an arched trunk door flanked by quarter columns, on bracket feet, with a caddy style hood, 229cm high.
A 19thC mahogany framed table mirror, with a shaped glass, set with moulded plaster surround, flanked by square tapering supports with adjustable knops and urn finials, above a platform base set with three drawers on shaped supports on compressed stylized bracket feet, 68cm high, 43cm wide, 19cm deep.
Judaica:- A parcel-gilt silver Hannukah lamp, probably Polish, second half of 19th century, bearing apparently spurious Russian marks for St. Petersburg, 1852, the crowned backplate applied with a menorah and stamped with leafage and scrolls, the front with eight lights behind which are two rampant lions, raised on stepped bracket feet, the backplate with auxiliary light fitted to an applied cartouche, 20 cm. high, 22 cm. long, wt. 678 gm.Overall good condition, wear to gilding on the lions, menorah and small applied cartouche, marked at back of backplate (marks are convincingly worn) and on top of front ledge
