A George III Mahogany Chest with moulded edge to top, fitted slide and four long graduated drawers on bracket feet 31.5ins wide x 19ins deep x 34.5ins highTo the top some general scattered scratching and there is a horizontal shrinkage split running from one end to the other. On the left hand side there is an area of repair around 5ins diameter. Around all three front edges of the top there is some general rubbing and slight edge knocks. The baize lining to the slide has been refreshed fairly recently and this is a modern replacement. Drawers run free and easily with minimal resistance. All of the locking mechanisms have been removed. To the right hand side there is a vertical shrinkage crack running around 10ins long. There are two diagonal heavy scratches or cuts, each around 3ins long. On the left hand side there is a vertical shrinkage split running from one end to the other. General heavier wear to the feet commensurate with age. Overall the item is structurally sound with little to no movement in the joints.
A George III Mahogany Bow Front Chest with square edge to top, the frieze inlaid with ebonised stringing, fitted three short and three long drawers with shaped apron and bracket feet 48.75ins wide x 22.5ins deep x 42ins highTo the top there is some general heavier scattered scratching and darker staining. On the right hand side there is a horizontal shrinkage crack running from the edge around 12ins long. Around all three front edges of the top there is some general rubbing and edge knocks. On the left hand side there are signs of heavier scratching, the same on the right hand side. Where the right hand and left hand sides terminate into the apron and feet there is a horizontal shrinkage line running from one end to the other. Key is present and locking mechanisms work. The handles appear to be replacements. Drawers run free and easily with minimal resistance. General heavier wear to the feet commensurate with age. Overall the item is structurally sound with little to no movement in the joints.

A Victorian Mahogany Bow Front Chest with square edge to top, fitted two short and three long drawers on shaped apron and bracket feet 40ins wide x 22ins deep x 50.5ins highTo the top there are numerous shrinkage cracks with two running horizontally from one end to the other and there is extensive veneer loss to all three front edges of the top. There is some rubbing and edge knocks. Dark stain and polish build up to the upstand at the back. On the left and right hand sides there are vertical and diagonal shrinkage cracks and splits. On the right hand side there is one that runs from one end to the other. Drawers run free and easily with minimal resistance. On the left hand small drawer there is an area of moulding loss running vertically from one end to the other. On the next long drawer down on the left hand side there is an area of moulding loss running vertically from one end to the other. On the next long drawer down on the left hand side there is an area of moulding loss running vertically around 6ins long. On the right hand side to the upper part there is an area of moulding loss around 4ins long. On the right hand handle half of the back piece of the turned wood is missing. The next long drawer on the right hand side there is an area of moulding loss and damage around 6ins long on the right hand side. The right hand handle half of the turned back is missing. On the lowest drawer on the left hand side there is an area of moulding loss in the left corner around 3ins long and on the right hand corner there is an area of veneer loss in a triangular section. General heaviver wear to the legs commensurate with age. Overall the item is structurally sound however there is some movement in the joints.
A George III Mahogany Tripod Occasional Table, with single plank top, on baluster turned and reeded central column, and cabriole legs with pad feet, 36ins diameter x 28ins highTo the top there is some general heavier scattered scratching, darker staining and circular water marks. Around the edge of the top there is some general rubbing and edge knocks. The locking mechanism appears to be a replacement. General heavier wear to the feet and legs commensurate with age. Looking at the underside of the column there is a cast iron strengthening bracket and on all three of the legs and the item is structurally sound with little to no movement in the joints.

Around all four edges of the top there are heavy edge knocks and rubbing. The cross banded edge has numerous shrinkage lines or cracks in diagonal, horizontal and vertical sections. When opening the folding top there are numerous cracks and splits to the timber and veneer and there is an area of veneer repair in a triangular section around 1ins wide x 4ins long. To the right hand side leading from the top edge running vertically there are two cracks each around 5ins long and in four sections on the inner corners there are diagonal cracks each around 3ins long running vertically from one end to the other where the two areas of veneer connect there is a shrinkage split. Heavy oxidisation to the metal hinges and brackets. The top is heavily bowed with a visible 'smile' all the way round. The backboards have two vertical shrinkage splits running from one end to the other and the oak backing appears to have been restored with an additional new piece of timber. The drawer linings appear to be in a good condition and appear to be period. However the drawer fronts show signs of extensive low quality restoration with numerous areas of visible veneer repair and polish loss. Around each of the handles and escutcheons there is a shadow and heavier scratching due to the ring pull handles, and to the centre below the escutcheon of each drawer front there is a vertical shrinkage crack running from one end to the other and extensive shrinkage to the cross banding on each of the fronts with diagonal, vertical and horizontal splits in numerous places. On the bottom drawer on the right hand corner there is an area of moulding loss around 4ins long running vertically and to the right front leg there is a triangular section of veneer loss around 0.5ins x 0.5ins. On the right hand side there are areas of scratching, staining and veneer repair and in the centre running vertically from one end to the other there is a split, also on the left hand side. General heavier wear to the base and feet commensurate with age. On the bottom of the right hand leg there is another triangular section of veneer loss around 1ins x 1ins long. Overall the item is structurally sound with little to no movement in the joints.
A Continental Silver and Silver Gilt Enamel "Singing Bird" Automaton Box, Late 19th/Early 20th Century possibly by Karl Griesbaum, case stamped 925 and EB, underside with trademark of bird perched on mound with letters KG on either side, the movement with feathered bird, lid applied with two winged cherubs, the case engraved with leaf scroll and engine turned ornament on bracket feet, 4.75ins x 3.5ins x 2ins highWhen wound and played the lid opens and the bird appears, rotates, flaps its wings (although this does not appear to be to maximum position), the bird also chirps, possibly one bellow is not fully functioning and so sound is diminished

On the underside of the seat cushion on the left hand corner where the seat slots into the metal bracket there is a slight tear, the same on the right hand side. There is some general light scattered scratching to the back and very minor signs of shrinkage with a few scattered very small cracks to the veneer. Some very light minor edge knocks and pitting to the legs and general scratching to the supports commensurate with age. Overall the item appears to be structurally sound and in a good condition with no obvious signs of restoration. Stool - the leather upholstery appears to be in a good overall condition with no obvious tears or rips, however there is distress commensurate with age and usage. On the right hand side next to the button there is a small area of scratching. To the veneered underside there is very minor signs of shrinkage with some very small and slight cracks commensurate with age. Some general scattered scratching on the left and right hand sides and there is a small area of adhesive from a sticker. On the edge of the left hand side there is a small depression to the veneer and the same on the right had corner. General heavier wear to the four metal supports and feet commensurate with age. Overall the item is structurally sound and appears to be in a fairly good condition.
A George III Figured Mahogany Bow Front Chest with square edge to top, fitted two short and three long drawers, on shaped apron and splayed bracket feet 41.5ins wide x 21ins deep x 41ins highTo the top there is some general heavier scattered scratching, water marks and extensive fading. Around all three front edges to the top there is some general rubbing and edge knocks. On the right hand side there appears to be a screw hole in the middle at the front. Handles appear to be replacements however of the period. Drawers run free and easily with minimal resistance. On the left hand side of the second long drawer there is an area of damage around 2ins long and on the top left small drawer there is an area of moulding loss on the left hand side running from one end to the other, the same on the first long drawer an area of moulding loss on the left hand side running from one end to the other. The same on the right hand side of the same drawer. On the next drawer down there is an area of damage with moulding loss around 3ins long. On the right hand side just above the third long drawer there is an area of damage around 2ins long. On the left hand side there is an area of moulding loss around 3ins long. General heavier wear to the legs and feet commensurate with age. Overall the item is structurally sound however there is some movement in the joints.
An 18th Century Figured Walnut Bureau, the whole inlaid with herringbone bandings, with fitted interior comprising central cupboard enclosed by an arched door, pigeon holes, eight small drawers and green baize lined writing slope, fitted three short and two long drawers under, on bracket feet, 38ins wide x 22ins deep x 42ins highOn the top edge of the bureau there are signs of general heavy dark scattered scratching, staining and water/ring marks. There is also extensive signs of shrinkage with cracking and bubbling to the veneer in numerous places, in particular where the four sections of veneer meet, there are vertical shrinkage cracks or lines running from one of the top to the other. To the cross banded edge there are some patches of low quality restoration and veneer repair. On the left and right hand outer edges and on the three edges of the top there are signs of rubbing and edge knocks. The top edge of the slope has signs of heavy polish build up and rubbing and there are numerous areas of veneer cracking in vertical sections, each around 1ins long running vertically. On the lower left corner of the slope there is an L section of veneer damage and cracking around 2ins x 4ins long and at the front of the slope there are eight sections of veneer and between each one there is a vertical line or shrinkage split running from one end to the other. On the cross banded edge there is extensive signs of shrinkage with horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines each around 2ins long. The slope is heavily bowed and there are gaps on the left top and right hand sides. Key is present and locking mechanism works. The interior shows general signs of heavy scattered scratching, darker staining and water marks. The green baize lined slope has been refreshed and this is a modern piece of baize. The adjustable compartment reveals a large horizontal crack through the oak carcass. The central arched cupboard door is missing the escutcheon. On the left hand side there are extensive signs of shrinkage in numerous areas. There is a rectangular area of veneer repair around 3ins x 3ins. There are also other areas of veneer patching and restoration each around 2ins squared. On the lower left and right hand sections of the base there is an area of damage in an L section around 4ins x 4ins. There is vertical shrinkage split running from one end to the other. There are areas of veneer patching and restoration/repair. Two large areas of damage each in an L section around 2ins x 2ins long. The moulding is loose but present. In the centre on the right hand side there is a vertical shrinkage split running from one end to the other and a large area of veneer repair in a triangular section around 12ins x 5ins. The drawers definitely have replacement handles and below the locking plate on each of the drawers there are significant signs of tampering. Each of the oak drawer linings have shrinkage splits running vertically from one to the other. The drawers run free and easily with minimal resistance. On the small top left hand drawer in the right corner there is a small area of damage around 1ins long. On the right hand drawer on the left corner there is a small area of damage around 1ins long. General heavier wear to the base and feet commensurate with age. Flight holes present - evidence of historic woodworm. Overall the item is structurally sound with little to no movement in the joints.
A Japanese black lacquer Kodansu table top cabinet with inset porcelain plaques. Meiji period 1868 - 1912. With brass mental mounts and fixings. The cabinet having twin panelled doors with floral and foliate lacquered work decoration, with three drawers either side, over frieze drawers and a hinged cover top. Raised on bracket feet. AF. Measures approx. 42cm x 28cm x 14cm.
A Royal Worcester blush ivory pot pourri jar, circa 1907, of shouldered ovoid form, the lower body with moulded basketweave band and reticulated crown shaped cover, gilt heightened polychrome floral decoration over peach and cream ground, shape no.1286, height 19cm, together with a Hadley's Worcester pedestal bowl, compressed form on ogee bracket feet, rose painted over blushed ivory ground, shape no.164/42, height 8.5cm. Four pieces of crystal with silverware, 833/000. A decanter with cut work and a silver rim and silver collar, both with engraving, ø25.5x13cm. A crystal bowl with diamond cut and a silver bracket with pearl rim, ø 18x11cm. A crystal bowl on a foot with a folded rim and a silver contoured bracket with engraving. ø17x17cm. and a crystal serving dish with cut work, placed on a round silver foot. ø20x11cm. Minimal chips possible. In good condition.
Six pieces with silver, 833/000 including a match pot with silver lid and bracket, engraved 1838, 12 cm. a small carafe with a rectangular shape with grinding and a silver collar. 15 cm. an odor bottle on a round silver foot, with a silver collar and stopper. 12 cm. 2 shot glasses with etched work placed on a silver round foot, 10-11 cm., and a candy dish of crystal with scalloped edge and etched flower decoration, placed on a round silver foot. 8 cm. In good condition.
Large Osvaldo Borsani (1911 - 1985) vintage wall unit. With two wall cabinets, 140 x 45 x 45 cm. With 17x loose shelf, 70 x 26 cm. With 9 long iron brackets, 275 cm. Three iron brackets, 235 cm. One iron bracket 218 cm. Two brackets 120 cm. Also present a box full of original screws and shelf supports. In good condition.
A Chinese canton enamel ewer together with a quatrefoil-sectioned serving dish, Qing Dynasty, 19th Century. With a bracket-shaped handle and a slim, extended spout, the ewer is painted all over with leafy flowers over a turquoise ground, together with the Chinese character Shou (longevity) painted on a central convex peach-shaped panel. The serving dish is painted with flower and peach sprays inside each well, with its underside and base covered by a turquoise ground. The ewer is 22cm in height, and the dish is 22cm in diameter. 清19世紀 銅胎畫琺瑯酒壺及托盤一組The ewer has enamel losses in some areas, and the edge of the base has several large dents. The dish is largely intact except for enamel loss and slight deformation at one place around the edge. 酒壺部分琺瑯脫落,底座邊緣有幾處明顯凹陷;托盤邊緣有一處輕微變形及局部琺瑯脫落
