A George III Oak and Mahogany Crossbanded Lancashire Mule Chest, late 18th century, the moulded top above three dummy and four real drawers, all between quarter-column supports with blind fret carving, on bracket feet, 140cm by 55cm by 85cmCondition report: Good uniform colour. The top section with some general scratches (some deep). The brasses seem original. With key. There is some general strengthening work around the bracket feet with repair to the front-left foot.
A George III Mahogany and Oak-Lined Straight Front Chest of Drawers, late 18th century, the moulded top above two short and five long graduated drawers with original handles, raised on bracket feet, 112cm by 54cm by 152cmCondition report: Good honest and un-restored condition. The bottom drawer has a small split (see image). The end panels have some general scuffs and scratches as well as the bracket feet, consistent with age.
A Late George III Mahogany Serpentine Shaped Chest on Chest, early 19th century, the moulded cornice above two short and three long graduated drawers, all between blind fret-carved canted corners, the base of three deep drawers, on bracket feet, 109cm by 54cm by 186cmCondition report: The front is cosmetically good. The end panels have some slight lifting of the veneers. There are signs of some old splits which have been filled and polished particularly to the left-hand side panel where there are further splits visible. There is some small repair around the cock beaded drawers mainly to the top largest drawer. The drawers are oak-lined with new runners.
A George III Mahogany and Oak-Lined Dressing Chest, 3rd quarter 18th century, the moulded top above a fitted drawer with later leather covered sliding working surface and formerly fitted with a ratchet mirror, five graduated drawers below and pull-out lopers, with brass solid backplate carrying handles to the sides, on bracket feet, 98cm by 50cm by 79cmCondition report: Top with general scratches consistent with age. End panels with natural? splits (see images). The second drawer from the top and the second drawer from the bottom with some splits. Small repairs to the cock beading and dustboards. Strengthening repair work on the bracket feet and the moulding. The leather covered writing surface is a later addition to the top drawer. There are previous bracket marks visible on the top drawer where the ratchet mirror has been fitted. Brasses replaced. Rear-left foot with a section of timber missing.
A Late George III Mahogany Bowfront Chest of Drawers, early 19th century, with pull-out brushing slide above four long graduated drawers, on splayed bracket feet, 91cm by 57cm by 84cmCondition report: Re-furbished/restored. The drawer linings are of a later date. The top has some ring marks and scratches. Each end panel has signs of previous splits which have been partly filled and polished. The lower left leg also has a repair. All repairs have been done to a reasonable standard. The drawer fronts are generally good and therefore in good cosmetic condition.

Great Eastern Railway 6inch Mahogany cased Fusee Bracket clock supplied to the G.E.R. by Bevan of Tottenham London circa 1880. The English chain driven fusee movement has rectangular snailed plates, the dial has been re written to its original style with GER 822 and retains its original cast brass bezel with a keyed lock. The Gothic style case has a glazed rear door with the GER ivorine numberplate 822 screwed to the inside. The L.N.E.R. records show that this clock was used at Liverpool Street Station Goods Manager. A rare and unusual Railway timepiece used by senior employees, complete with pendulum and keys and in working condition but not tested for timekeeping, stands 15in tall.
London & North Western Railway 6inch Mahogany cased Fusee Bracket clock supplied to the LNWR. by John Walker of London circa 1910. The English fusee movement has rectangular plates and the original dial has L.N.W.R. JNo Walker 1 South Molton St W To H.M. The King painted on and retains its original cast brass bezel. The mahogany case has a rear door with a lock. A nice Railway timepiece used in offices, complete with pendulum and keys and in working condition but not tested for timekeeping, stands 12.5in tall.

No key but locks are in place. Collected from a local estate, where it was being used.
