One or two pin holes. Wall bracket- various splits, cracks and small losses. Loos parts to the top. All with evidence of age, wear and small splits as expected due to age.

A good quality early 19th century flame mahogany bureau bookcase with two doors above the base which has a fitted interior, nine drawers and pigeon holes above four drawers on bracket feet - with a good patina and condition, apart from a small piece of moulding missing from the side of the top - Height 216cm x Width 101cm
A Georgian mahogany secretaire chest on chest. With oak front to back drawer linings, adjustable rake and secret drawer to the secretaire section, having three short over three graduated long drawers over a base of four graduated long drawers, on bracket feet. H176cm x W104.8cm x D57.5cm Condition Report: fundamentally good but there are some losses. the left hand bracket foot is missing lower section, some dark crossbanding losses, see photos. I suggest the handles and escutcheons have been replacd at sometime but the lower section is complete and good. the top section has losses to the crossbanding again plus one handle completely missing ( one handle , broken stud and petal formed stud backing is in the chest), the left hand side ( as looking from front) has the cornice re-glued.Whilst the list is exhaustive ,this is a quality thing that only needs titirvation with the drawers having oak front to back lining. lovely proportion with the top drawers able to be looked in by a 6 footer !

Side panels with natural? gaps in the boards. The top section has various scratches (some deep) and some ring marks. Small faults to the cockbeaded drawers. Very slight movement in the joints. Drawers run freely and are open. Previously polished/restored.
A George III Oak Enclosed Dresser Base, 3rd quarter 18th century, the shaped gallery above a boarded top with nine oak-lined drawers below, all between quarter-cut column stiles and moulded bracket feet212cm by 59cm by 100cmAll drawers are open and run freely. Previous handle mark visible on the top right-hand drawer (see image). There is a section of moulding missing to the bottom right-hand corner (as photographed). The timber is rather dry but is of uniform colour throughout. Height of dresser to the top is 91cm. Width of the slot to the middle drawer is 61cm.

The side panels have some splits. Replaced hinges. The timber to the back panel is very dry. The front panel has some movement and there is a gap visible to the inside.

A George III Oak Free-Standing Corner Cupboard, circa 1800, the moulded cornice above double fielded panelled doors enclosing two shelves with one real and two sham drawers below, two further cupboard doors below, all between canted stiles, on bracket feet112cm by 53cm by 193cmGenerally good condition, with the exception of the moulded panel sections. Each of these sections has a natural? split (as photographed). Some boards to the verso have been replaced.
A George III Mahogany and Oak-Lined Chippendale-Style Chest on Chest, late 18th century, the broken swan neck pediment above a Greek Key dentil cornice and blind fret-carved frieze, with two short over two long graduated drawers below all between blind fret-carved stiles, the base with a pull-out brushing slide and three drawers below, on bracket feet114cm by 58cm by 206cmCosmetically in good condition, however, with some general deep scratches and some bruising around the swan neck handles (see images). Two of the drawers are stamped to the interior Emanuel Boutcher, Grange Road, Brighton. The drawers are oak-lined and with some natural? splitting. The side panels have had restoration with some polishing, filling and splits, and has a rather varnished finish. Several small repairs throughout, including to the moulding. Small fault to the front left-hand corner (as photographed). Slight movement in the joints.
An Arts & Crafts oak Partners' Desk, circa 1890, with an inset red leatherette writing surface above an arched kneehole flanked by eight oak-lined graduated drawers, the opposing side with moulded cupboard doors, on bracket feet152cm by 91cm by 78cmThe desk is structurally sound. The leatherette top has some marks and some small holes, and is starting to lift (as photographed). The top has some slight variations in colour. No key but drawers open and run freely. There are some further scuffs around the base and the legs. The opposing side with the cupboard door has some very small traces of paint, which may rub off. Otherwise good.

The left-hand side panel, as well as the right-hand side panel are also split. The drawers are open and run freely. Some general scuffs around the drawers and the moulded base. There is a patch repair on the bottom drawer (as photographed) - this has been done to a good standard.

The top has numerous deep scratches, ring marks and ink stains (see photograph). There are further deep scratches to the drawer fronts. Minor faults to the crossbanding. End panels with further deep scratches. The drawers run freely and the chest is structurally sound.
