A George III mahogany serpentine fronted chest of drawers, in the Hepplewhite style, with three drawers with brass drop handles and cockbeading, with shaped apron beneath and raised on splayed bracket feet. Width 121 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The handles are not original. The originals will have been slightly wider. There is also evidence that there have been knob handles at some point also.
A George III oak dresser with Delft rack, the base fitted with a series of drawers and cupboards with brass knob handles and bone lock escutcheons and raised on bracket feet. Width 157 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: Height 204 cm. The condition is generally very good. There are some minor nibbles to the cornice. The rack is generally in good order. The top of the base is clean with no significant marks or scratches. All drawers and doors are in good condition. All feet are in good order and original. The side panels and backboards are all in good order and there is no evidence of any worm.
A George III oak longcase clock, William Glover, Worcester, with eight day striking movement, dial width 30.5 cm, the case with moulded cornice, blind fretwork frieze, long trunk door and raised on bracket feet. Height 216 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The dial and movement are very clean. The movement winds on both trains and is ticking away and striking as it should. The date seems to operate when the movement is advanced manually. The case is in generally good condition with no significant issues. The hood is in generally good order. The left hand panel has an old vertical stress fracture. The door has a slight warp at the bottom left hand corner but in our opinion this is not problematic. The plinth panel has vertical stress fractures. The backboards are original.
A George III mahogany gentleman's press, with moulded cornice above a pair of panelled doors with brass knob handles enclosing pullout trays, the base fitted with two short and two long graduated drawers with brass swans neck drop handles and raised on bracket feet. Width 131.5 cm (see illustration).

Rollisson, Halton, and numbered "509", with date aperture and subsidiary seconds hand, with long arched trunk door, the base raised on bracket feet. Height 225 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This is an 11 inch square dial.
An Art Deco walnut grandmother clock, with silvered dial and three-train striking movement. Height 153 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The front right hand section of the bracket foot is detached. We have the piece. Otherwise the case is in generally good structural condition with only minor surface marks and scratches as one would expect. The polish in places is a little tired. The silvered brass dial is in reasonable order. The movement only winds on two trains. The centre train appears to have a problem. We do not have the bob part of the pendulum and cannot tell if the clock is working.
A Georgian mahogany side cabinet, with hinged top, side and front drawer and drop flap to either side and raised on rectangular legs with chamfered inside edges. Width 57.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The table is structurally sound with no significant problems. The only loss is the front right hand fretwork spandrel. The period roller castors are all in good order. There are no repairs to the legs. The side flaps are not significantly warped. The handles and lock escutcheon appear to be original. The top does not have an original finish but rather a later French polished finish which is beginning to perish in places. The inside of the top would suggest some form of bracket to support the hinged top. We cannot actually see quite how this would have worked. There are minor stress fractures to the timber in places but no significant constriction issues. The side drawer has a watermark and the lock is missing.
A George III mahogany bureau bookcase, with moulded dentil cornice above a pair of glazed doors, the base with crossbanded slope front, fitted interior and four long graduated drawers with brass drop handles, raised on bracket feet. Width 97 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The cornice is a little knocked and scuffed at the extremities. One of the half round turned drop mouldings is missing. The sides of the top are in generally good order. The doors close as they should and there are no cracked panes. The lock is present and we have the key. The slope front has a detached 4 cm section of moulding. We have the piece. There is a small veneer repair to the top left hand corner. The lock escutcheon may be a later replacement. The handles are later but appear to go through the original handle holes. There is wear to the drawer runners and a repair above the top drawer lock escutcheon. The sides of the base are in generally good condition. The right hand return moulding has a loss above the rear bracket foot. The front left hand bracket foot has a repair to the return. The piece is structurally sound and there is no evidence of any woodworm. The backboards are a little loose to the upper section.
A George III mahogany bowfronted chest of drawers, ebony strung, three drawers with brass drop handles with octagonal backplates and raised on splayed bracket feet. Width 94 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The top is in generally good order with some minor old surface scratches and small nibbles to the veneers particularly at the front left hand corner. The sides of the chest are in generally good condition with only minor scuffs and marks, the exception to this is the rear left hand foot which has been broken away from the carcass and there is a jagged, not very good repair. The front left hand foot is in generally good order with a small old corner bottom splice. The right hand foot has veneer damage at the base. All feet however, are original. The drawer fronts have minor surface scratches and small nibbles to the ebonised cross beaded edges. All drawers run smoothly. The shaped apron has minor scuffs and the odd mark as do the drawer fronts. The drawer linings are mahogany. The timber between the drawers and on the back boards is pine. The sides are mahogany. The handles are probably replacements. There is blue paper behind the handles and we feel there may have knob handles at some point.
