A George III oak cottage longcase clock, late 18th century, the square hood with ogive cornice and blind fret carved frieze above a glazed door flanked by turned pilasters and enclosing an 12 inch engraved brass dial inscribed Hinksman Broseley with silvered chapter ring Roman numerals and Arabic seconds ring, subsidiary seconds dial and date dial and foliate engraved to the centre, foliate cast spandrels, 30 hour movement striking on a bell above an ogive moulding and long trunk door with shaped top over a further plain panel and on bracket feet, 205cm high.
The Regal Century bracket clock by Sewills, specially created in celebration of her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother bearing a rectangular plate (commission for Mary Vaudrey) number 046/100 limited edition with nine bell triple chime movement, the 7 1/2 inch silvered dial with silvered chapter ring outer month date dial and four inner dials for months, seconds, days and phases of the moon, against a matted centre within a glass arched polished 14ct. gold plated brass and bevelled glass mirrored case, 34cm high, 28cm wide, 20.5cm deep along with a key and owner's handbook.

Good pair of Regency mahogany hall stools in the manner of Charles Heathcote Tatham, each with square panelled seat, between scrolled ends with moulded rosettes, on fluted tapered legs and spade-shaped feet, each 40cm deep x 51cm wide CONDITION REPORT Stool 1 - lack of boss to top of leg, another is loose and with slight losses to outer edge, the other bosses similarly have slight losses. Slight losses to base of frieze to both sides, splits where rising domed side mouldings meet seat plateau, also some opening at side - again associated with construction. Slight losses to feet, otherwise good colour and general wear. Stool 2 - One boss missing, one with large loss, other two partial losses. Splits at construction joins, one domed side is present but detached and irregular split running to one side of frieze associated with this damage. Losses to bottom edge of sides of friezes, roughly diagonal split across seat. There is a strengthening bracket to leg corner. Otherwise general wear, good colour, both stools generally sound
Fine quality early 19th century English bracket clock with eight day timepiece movement, signed - Arnold & Dent, London, gilt metal dial with engine-turned decoration and Roman numerals, signed - Arnold & Dent 84 Strand, London, no. 111, in an ormolu case of waisted form, with rococo scroll and foliate decoration, stylised grape and vine finial with four scroll feet, on a shell, foliate stand, 31cm overall height (key and pendulum present)

Good early 18th century walnut and boxwood line-inlaid chest of drawers, the projecting crossbanded top with geometric line inlay, over two short and three long graduated drawers, raised on bracket feet, 95cm wide x 57cm deep x 90cm high CONDITION REPORT Top, front and sides with some replaced veneers and patching splits to sides. Brass fittings slightly inconsistent - possibly some replaced/matched. Bracket feet replaced. Some worm holes all over but mainly to back boards, appears to have been treated. Overall presents well, appears to have been recently restored, rich colour. Drawers run well
Fine George I small red walnut bureau bookcase, the upper part with mirrored cabinet door enclosing a fitted interior and surmounted by a broken architectural pediment, centred by a carved cartouche with painted date 1726 and having a single candle-slide to the base, the sloping front to the lower section enclosing a fitted interior and having three long graduated drawers with original brass handles, on bracket feet, 72cm wide x 62cm deep x 211cm high. Provenance: By Family repute, this piece is believed to have been made for the Reverend William Aislabie (1622 - 1741), the Rector of Birkin, near Pontefract, Yorkshire CONDITION REPORT By family repute the provenance is as follows: The bureau was made in 1726 for: 1.
