A decorative single bracket cast metal wall light with flaming torch shade, a silver metalled wall light with frosted glass shade and an oval bevelled mirror with brass peg attachment (3).Additional InformationBoth shades are in good condition, some pitting to the metal work and the pins of the oval mirror are slightly bent.
A George III mahogany glazed bookcase, the upper section with moulded dentil cornice above frieze with twin astragal glazed doors enclosing adjustable shelves, the lower with twin glazed doors enclosing single shelf, raised on splayed bracket feet, width 126.5cm, height 214cm, depth 35cm.Additional InformationTiny section of moulding missing to the frieze, retains a good colour throughout, two glazed panels to the lower left hand door are damaged. The front of the apron is a slightly different colour to the body of the piece and there are scuffs to the bracket feet. General surface wear throughout. Depth of shelves to upper section 24.8cm, lower section approx 24cm, the single drawer to the lower section has three recesses, the upper shelves are fully adjustable. The given width is including the cornice, the width to either end of the splayed feet 121cm, the base comprising the apron and feet is probably married up as it is a much darker colour and of a cruder finish to the rest of the piece, this base also has numerous large chips to the veneer. No visible woodworm. Three of the glazed panels to lower left door are cracked.
An unusual late 18th/early 19th century chinoiserie decorated wardrobe, the moulded dentil cornice above two panelled doors enclosing shelves to the left side and lowered hanging rail to the right, with further spaces for shelves and raised on a bracket foot plinth base, width 132cm, height 213cm, depth 50cm.Additional Information There is a vertical split to the central left hand panel, other knocks and scrapes throughout, some of the dentil moulding is missing. The return dentil moulding missing to the left return and also this has been damaged at some point. There are some quite heavy surface scratches throughout, but this does not detract from what is a most unusual and interesting piece. There are also changes to the door handles and holes where previous handles and locks have been.

Additional InformationSplitting/large indentations, cracking throughout, veneer and wood missing to the front and sides, large gouges, areas where the drawers have been forced, one of the back feet is detached but is still present, chipping to the bracket feet and loses throughout.
A Georgian oak bureau, the fall-front enclosing a fitted interior with green leather slope, above one short and three long drawers, raised on bracket feet, height 103cm, width 93.5cm, depth 50cm.Additional InformationGeneral surface wear, minor staining and water damage to the top, scratches and impact dents throughout, leather with wear and indentations, piece of beading missing from the interior.

A 19th century French Boulle work pier cabinet, with single panelled door, raised on shaped bracket support, height 112cm, width 82cm, depth 38cm.Additional InformationLight scratches to the top, minor lifting to the veneer in parts, chipping and lifting to the brass detail in parts, chipping especially around the feet area to the black veneer, large areas of metalwear missing from the feet section.
An Edwardian oak decanter box with dovetailed joints and recessed brass carrying handles with front arm releasing the hinged lid and revealing two cut glass decanters, the lock plate with patent details, height 27.5cm, width 23cm.Additional InformationBoth decanters are free from major damage, stoppers have not been ground, there are just a few minor imperfections and tiny chips to the edges of the stoppers and likewise to where the bottles are, but they fit well within the cabinet. The bracket arm at the front of the cabinet is rather cumbersome and maybe this has been replaced, perhaps it should simply have been a key. The case has general surface wear throughout. This is not marked Betjeman.

An early George III mahogany chest, with moulded caddy top and brushing slide above four graduated long drawers with swept moulded brass handles and raised on bracket feet with indented angles, height 81cm, width 92cm, depth 52cm, by repute rescued from a bonfire relating to a Cornish house clearance in the 1970s.
A fine Chippendale period linen press with dentilled cornice over a blind fret frieze of trellis-work and carved scrolling. The upper section with two doors,enclosing four sliding shelves, the base with two short and two long graduated drawers below a narrow Greek key band.
