An 18th century-style mahogany and crossbanded chest-on-chest with an arrangement of two short drawers over six long graduated drawers and a slide, on bracket feet, w. 77 cm CONDITION REPORT: Signs of restoration. Handles and other aspects much later. Moulding detached. Damage to one side- illustrated. Piece of frieze missing from top cabinet, this is present. Piece of frieze missing from lower section at back, this is missing.
A Victorian walnut and marquetry inlaid side cabinet with single glazed door on a bracket foot base CONDITION REPORTS Dark marks, impressed marks, scratches, scuffs, nicks and small chips to the edges and throughout, small split to the top with some dark marks down the left hand side of the inlay to the body, various knocks to the edges. Bottom left and top right brass moulding is missing. Remaining moulding damaged and buckled. Woodworm holes. Veneer lifting in places. Considerable signs of wear and tear throughout coducive with age and use. For restoration.

Some fading also and some chips and small losses throughout. Beading round the drawer fronts with some losses. Damage to one of the inside feet with large missing section and damage and loss completely of second inside foot so needs some attention. Interior may be missing some lids / further sections and some obvious damage. All over general signs of wear and tear conducive with age and use.
An oak chest in the Jacobean taste, the plank top over four long drawers with applied moulded decoration and brass ring handles, raised on fretwork carved bracket feet CONDITION REPORTS Variosu marks, impressed marks, dark marks, ring marks, scratches, scuffs, splits etc throughotu. Repaired section to the top. Variosu water marks and ring marks. Drawer is very stiff. Various nibbles and losses, locking mechanism to second drawer missing. No keys. Damage to some of the handles, splits to the sides. One handle missing pull ring. Other pull ring is bent. Various general signs of wear and tear throughout. Approx 84 cm x 85.5 cm
