AN INLAID OAK AND FRUITWOOD EIGHT DAY LONGCASE CLOCK, SOUTH WALES, MID 19TH C, THE PAINTED DIAL INSCRIBED JOHN JONES, CAERNARFON, WITH DATE SECTOR, BRASS WINDING SQUARES, SUBSIDIARY SECONDS DIAL, PIERCED AND ENGRAVED GILT HANDS, ONE WITH CROWN, PAINTED WITH BIRDS ON BLOSSOM AND RUINS, THE CASE WITH SWAN NECK PEDIMENT AND REEDED AND BALUSTER PILASTERS ON PANELLED BASE WITH BRACKET FEET, PENDULUM AND TWO IRON WEIGHTS, 228CM H Dial/movement original to case and in good condition having been restored by the family of the present owner by the Brighton Clockworks Brighton, Sussex in 1978. Vertical filled shrinkage crack to panel in base and repaired vertical shrinkage crack to front door. Dial paint retouched near VI, hairline crack and wear to dial. Not extensively restored or repainted
A Victorian mahogany and boxwood strung secretaire chest, having a concealed frieze drawer above a cock-beaded fitted secretaire drawer over two further conforming drawers flanked by reeded pilasters, raised on bracket feet, 118cm wide, 114cm high, 55cm deep.Condition report: There are multiple losses to be in line and veneer especially to the top front corners and side top edges the cock beading to the drawers have several losses also, the corner pilasters have losses to the centre in line the interior has a replacement baize skiver, now lifting, lost and replaced drawer knops, lost key escutcheon to centre door. Overall cosmetic marks throughout. Please refer to images.
MID 19TH CENTURY NORTH WALES DRESSER, oak and pine sided, the three shelf rack with wide bordered back over a base section of three frieze and three dummy drawers with turned wooden knobs and diamond shape bone escutcheons and two inset panelled doors, peg-joined construction on corner bracket feet, 208cms overall H, 163cms max W, 49cms D (some worm evidence, particularly to the sides)
Oak cased barograph on wall bracket by Negretti and ZambraCondition report: The barograph appears to require work in order to get it running, as it is not currently operating. The brass ware is in good order with just a few spots of discolouration (please see additional images). The hinged cover also requires reattaching. Overall though the case and wood work are in sound order.

An Oak Thirty Hour Longcase Clock, signed Tho Lawson, Kighley, circa 1770, flat top pediment, eglomise painted glass panel, arched trunk door, bracket feet, 12-1/4-inch square brass dial with a silvered chapter ring signed, ''Halifax moon'' and date apertures, four pillar movement with an anchor escapement and outside countwheel striking on a bell, 207cm high 07.12.20 Case with scratches and small chips in parts, mouldings and sides with small holes and chips, hood with a small chip to the glass panel, chips to column capitals, plinth with scuff marks, dial is discoloured and with scratches, backboard with woodworm holes which are non active, movement is dirty, with pendulum and weight.
A Mahogany Eight Day Longcase Clock, signed W.Young, Dundee, circa 1820, arched pediment, nicely figured case with a moulded trunk door and flanked by inset reeded pilasters, quatre form moulded plinth, bracket feet, 13-inch circular painted dial with Roman numerals, seconds and date dials, strike/not strike selection lever at 3, four pillar movement with an anchor escapement and rack striking on a bell, 205cm high 07.12.20 Case with small cracks to the hood, small cracks to the plinth front panel and small dents to the sides, dial with scratches and crazing marks, dial with minor chips in parts, movement needs cleaning, with pendulum and two weights.
