A Chinese canton famille rose planter set and a standQing dynasty, mid 19th centuryThe set comprising a jardinière and stand of hexagonal form, the jardiniere raised on bracket foot to deep sides with everted rim, painted to each panel with alternating scenes of figures within garden veranda, birds and flowers, 16cm high, 24.5cm across; the stand painted with butterflies amidst floral ground, 24.5cm across; the other stand painted on a white ground with butterflies amidst scrolling foliage, 24cm across. (3)清十九世紀中期 廣彩花盆連底托及底托另一件Condition Report: The jardinière stand of the set, with chips to two corners of the rim and small scattered chips to one of the inside edge of the rim, a chip to one foot of 2 x 1.5cm. The other jardinière with a tiny chip to the rim.All pieces have wear to the enamel and gilt commensurate with age, firing imperfection including pitting, fritting and iron spots typical of the type.

An early 19th century old Sheffield-plated four-branch candelabrum centrepiece,unmarked circa 1830,baluster column form, with a central bowl support, with four detachable foliate scroll arms each supporting an urn capital with chased scroll decoration, on a raised circular base, engraved with two armorials, on four foliate scroll bracket feet, later glass dish, height 52cm.
A George II silver waiter, by Paul de Lamerie, London 1744, circular form, foliate and scroll border, the centre with an armorial, within foliate mantling, on three scroll bracket feet, diameter 18.4cm, approx. weight 11.2oz.Provenance: A Private Collection. The armorial is that of Milles impaling Potter. Rev. Jeremiah Milles FSA (1714-1784) married Edith Potter, daughter of the Archbishop of Canterbury, on 29th May 1745.

A GEORGE II RED-WALNUT SMALL DATED COLLECTORS CABINET, the upper section inlaid in brass to the top surface “AP:21:1756”, fitted with pigeon-holes, small drawers and two concealed drawers either side of a central recess, retaining one coin/medal slide above five long oak-lined drawers with pierced brass handles, enclosed by a pair of panel doors, the lower section fitted one long and four short drawers about a central recessed cupboard with concealed drawer above, on ogee bracket feet with fret-carved scrolls, 95cm wide x 154cm high x 43cm deep.
