AN EARLY VICTORIAN MAHOGANY EIGHT DAY LONGCASE CLOCK, having broken arch pediments to the hood, arched apeture flanked by moulded and turned columns, waist with shaped door, on box base with bracket feet, painted dial with hunting scenes marked Davies, Bridgend, eight day movement striking one bell, face 12" wide x 18" high.
AN 18TH CENTURY SCOTTISH LONGCASE CLOCK, by George Brown of Edinburgh, having ornate case with hood, having pierced broken swan neck pediment, arched apeture flanked by twist turned columns, waist with pointed arch moulded door, flanked by similar turned columns on plain base with bracket feet. Eight day movement striking on one bell, arched brass face with date and seconds dials and pierced spandrels. The face 18" high x 13" wide, the case 86" high. A late 19th century early 20th century Japanese mixed metals cigarette case, of plain oblong form on shallow bracket feet, the cover decorated with prunus and pheasants in five colour detail against a gun metal ground, incised character mark and sponsor's mark of Alfred Dunhill, the base inscribed 'ALFRED DUNHILL PARIS FABRIQUE AU JAPON MET DIV', rosewood linen, c.1900, 6in (15.25cm) wide.
