A member of a Norfolk dynasty of clock makers, John Randall worked in Holt until 1846, and is recorded as both a clock and watch maker and a gunsmith

Warner (sic), Evesham, Roman numerals, painted to the centre with a fanciful bird amongst flowers, with colourful sprays to spandrels, thirty-hour movement striking on a bell, the hood with moulded cornice above a deep frieze, flanked by brass capped fluted columns, arched rectangular door to waist, bracket feet, 197cm high, c.1820. John Warner is recorded as working in High Street, Evesham during the period 1795-1827. Following his death the business was continued by his widow Elizabeth and his son John until 1851.
