An early 19th century crossbanded oak cottage longcase clock with brass finial and fretwork crest, turned reeded side pillars to the hood, arched full length door and quarter turned pillars to the trunk, on ogee bracket feet, having square painted dial and 8 day movement by Walker, Nantwich, height 83"
English mahogany bracket clock, circa 1840, white painted Roman dial, 12cm, eight day double fusee repeating movement striking the hour on a bell, in a brass inlaid case on gilt ball feet, height 31cm. Condition report: patches of veneer are missing from the case and some mouldings; the panel is missing from the rear door; strike mechanism persists until unwound and so the repeat mechanism is ineffective. Winds and ticks; with a later winding key, pendulum and keeper.
Large size oak bracket clock by Dent, London, circa 1900, the silvered arched dial with Roman chapters and slow/fast ring, inscribed Dent 61, Strand & 4, Royal Exchange, London 53971, triple chain fusee movement striking Westminster on the quarter on five coils, in a neo-classical case with side columns, height 50cm. *See clocks and watches proviso.
