Condition: Origin and date of older pieces of timber unknown. Newer parts include: drawer interiors, drawer pulls, exterior of base and feet. Older pieces re-finished. A pair Lamb of Manchester satinwood wall cabinets Second half 19th century, the Patent Lever locks stamped ``Lamb M`Chester``, each with a broken-scroll pediment decorated with laurel sprays, over a fluted frieze centering a rosette above a pair of hinged doors opening to a mahogany-lined cupboard fitted with a shelf, flanked by single doors each opening to a further mahogany-lined cupboard, over a bracketed apron, with gilt moldings; 2 pcs, each 34`` H x 41`` W x 9`` D, est: $1000/1500 Condition: Each with scratches and shrinkage cracks commensurate with age and use. Rubbed wear to gilding of moldings. One with a.5`` loss to cornice of right-hand cupboard, a 1`` loss to molding on lower right side, and two wide shrinkage cracks to rear. The other with a visible 3``-long repaired loss to bracket, a 1`` loss to cornice of right-hand cupboard, a 1`` loss to lower left side, and a wide shrinkage crack to rear.
