An Edward VII Silver Tray, Thomas Bradbury & Sons, Sheffield 1909, oval, raised on four cast scroll and festoon pale pierced bracket feet with waved pierced and beaded gallery with integral twin handles, the field foliate engraved and presentation inscribed, 55.5cm long, 116oz 4dwt Dent to lower part of tray. Some minor wear. Rim with lion passant and maker`s mark only. 050713
A Late Victorian Four-Bottle Silver Vinegar/Oil Cruet, Heming & Co Ltd, London 1900, of scroll and grille fretted shallow boat form, on paw feet, with central stem with reeded loop, the slice cut decagonal skittle shape bottles with solid spherical stoppers, the cruet 19cm high, 9oz The cruet is good but has lost two of the square nuts that embrace the screw threads from the four-limbed bracket. The bottles and stoppers are all good. 030613
A William IV Silver Salver, maker`s makr IW, London 1831, shaped circular on three cast shell and scroll bracket feet, with conforming cast border and foliate engraved field, crested and initialled, 26.5cm diameter, 16oz 12dwt Some wear to the high points of the border. A Mahogany Eight Day Longcase Clock, Penlington, Liverpool, circa 1790, swan neck pediment, figured trunk, inlaid crossbanded plinth raised upon bracket feet, 14-inch painted arched dial, inner date ring, arch with rolling moonphase, four pillar movement with anchor escapement and rack striking on a bell, 249cm high 30.05.13, Case has faded in parts and with water damage to the sides, case with some small cracks in parts and small chips to edges, mouldings have been replaced in parts, hood with later finials and the front glasses with cracks, trunk door with signed of damage next to both hinges, dial has been totally re-painted, movement needs cleaning.
A Mahogany Eight Day Longcase Clock, signed Whiteaves, Raves, Fleet Street, circa 1790, pagoda pediment, arched trunk door with flame veneer, plinth with raised panel and upon bracket feet, 12-inch arched brass dial, two dials for seconds and date, arch with strike/silent selection, five pillar movement with anchor escapement and rack striking on a bell, 238cm high 21.06.13, Case with some scuff marks and small dents in parts, some later added mouldings in parts, hood with later added finials, hood pagoda has been totally re-built, dial needs re-silvering, movement looks complete, but needs cleaning.
An 18th Century Joined Oak Clothes Press, Northern Region, the bold cornice above two fielded panel cupboard doors enclosing later shelves, the lower section with five long drawers, raised on bracket feet, 185cm by 62cm by 216cm Cornice with repairs around the joints consistent with age. Left hand side with natural? splits and residue of white paint. Right hand side with further natural? splits. Generally a decent colour apart from the lower section fielded panels which are slightly faded. Brasses replaced. Later interior shelves. 090713

Central cupboard door with key lock jammed. Later backboards. Interior has been stained. 290513

Various minor repairs consistent with age. Small areas of replaced veneer. Two drawers with replacement handles, holes partly filled and polished. Drawers oak lined, runners added. Sections of moulding replaced. Some movement, with gap visible. Minor splits to end panels. Feet later additions. 270513

Drawers oak lined. Brass swan neck handles. Cornice with areas of repair. Two short drawers with previously fitted knob handles. Secretaire drawer with small repair above escutcheon and lock. Bruising consistent with age. Interior polished, and previous handle marks visible, hinges overpainted etc. 270513

Small repairs to front right and back left hand corner. Key to top drawer which works. Other drawers with locks replaced, open but no key. Second drawer front bottom with section of veneer replaced. Feet with some repairs and later additions. Restorations to drawers with new runners added. 270513

A Pair of Chinese Export Carved Ivory Small Spill Vases, Canton, circa 1850, of tusk section, each carved in deep flat relief with bracket panels enclosing figures amongst pavilions and trees, on foliate pierced bases, 9.5cm high Vase 1 - possible tiny losses to the carved detail. One small foliate scroll missing on basal foliate foot. Vase 2 - slight stain just off the rim. Tiny drying crack at tip of lobe of one panel. Foliate foot appears good.
