(B.P. 21% + VAT) Very large shrinkage split to the top horizontally.Drawers run freely one handle missing, Large split to both side panels.Stains and some other losses to the top very grubby minor losses to inlay.
19th Century mahogany two stage linen press cupboard, the moulded cornice above two blind panelled doors, the interior revealing four shelves above a projecting base with an arrangement of two short and two long drawers on bracket feet. 134 x 65 x 206cm approx. Oak longcase clock, moulded casket top, with three brass urn finials, cavetto cornice, plain frieze, the hood with turned column, long door, bracket feet, twelve-inch square brass dial with cast spandrels, silvered chapter ring, engraved dial, subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture signed Thomas Stripling, Barwell, eight-day movement striking on a bell, height 224cm.

Good quality octagonal oak partners desk, circa 1930, the leather inset moulded top above an arrangement of various drawers and open shelves on bracket feet, 46ins wide x 30ins highThere are some scuffs to corner of desk, also leather top has some holes and a split, polish is dry, it appears to have been well used and had some moving around in past, would need good clean and polish, also possibly a new leather
Small 18th / 19th Century yew, ash and elm Windsor elbow chair, the hoop and stick back above a carved panel seat, turned front supports and stretchers (some repairs etc.)Does have old repair to hoop back (with filler) and old repair in way of iron bracket to same area, see pics. The diameter of the seat is 16ins and the height from the floor to seat is 16ins high.

Repair to one hinge on fall front and it has been stripped and polished in the past, overall it is solid and in reasonable condition
