Oak cased 8 day longcase clock, with arched brass dial, named for George Fair of Berwick, decorated with brass spandrels, Roman numerals to the hours, Arabic numerals to the minutes, subsidiary seconds and date dials. Broken arch with swan neck scrolls to the hood, turned brass columns with brass chapiters flanking the glazed door. Slender long case, arched door over panelled base with bracket feet. Pendulum and weights present (catgut lacking to the drums). Overall height 222cm, width 48cm maximum.

A GEORGE II WALNUT AND FEATHERBANDED CHEST OF DRAWERS CIRCA 1730 The upper central drawer with an inset leather writing surface 76cm high, 75cm wide, 47cm deep Condition Report: Overall there are some scratches, marks, chips, cracks and abrasions consistent with age and use.There are some losses and restorations: some use of filler, patched veneers, fillets, leg repairs and detached blocking; the brass handles and escutcheons in keeping and are later; the locks are later and there is one key that operates the locks; later leather to the writing surface; a later section of wood to the front above the top drawers.Observations include: there is some evidence of old worm; pleasing features include the re-entrant corners, reeded curved corner pilasters and the curved bracket feet.An unusual arrangement of drawers and writing surface to this chest of good neat size with well figured walnut.Please see all the additional condition report photographs through the link on the condition report email as a visual reference of condition - they are a vital part of this report. Shackleton Avro Shackleton T Mk 4 fuselage section Avro Shackleton T Mk 4 Fuselage section and flight deck "WG 511 PILOT TRAINING AIRCRAFT"Originally built as a Mk1A. Maritime Reconnaissance Aircraft,WG511 re-entered service in August 1957 to serve with the Maritime Operational Training Unit at R.A.F. Kinloss as a pilot trainer.#The flight deck and navigation suite remain fitted with much equipment .8.5 meters approx overall length of fuselage.Height as mounted on support is 4.7m2.5 m wide approximatelyPurchasers may need to comply with The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 The fuselage where visible internally and externally appears to be in good order, it is supported on steel U-shaped supports and mounted on a flatbed twin axle lorry trailer, the rear axle of and chassis is visible, tyres are fitted but deflated and old, much of the exhibit is built around with timber walls and exhibition cases, all will require removal before the lot can be removed. The forward end of the supporting chassis is now visible and has its towing bracket stowed below the exhibit. Weight is unknown Dimensions given are approximate due to restricted access Purchasers may need to comply with The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 Flambards will ensure there is access for a vehicle to enable the removal of the Shackelton exhibit by the end of June 2025

Britain in the Blitz Craven A Advertising Clock & BTH Bakelite Speaker A moulded plastic Craven 'A' Cigarettes advertising wall clock with Smith's Sectric movement (untested), HxW 36.5x33cm. Plus a circular bakelite speaker by BTH, HxD 37.5x34. The speaker front has numerous breaks in it. To include the small wooden bracket shelf which the speaker sits on.condition is good with no obvious cracks or losses the painted finish shows some signs of light wear and patination the electric mechanisn looks original, it is dirty but intact and not testedoverall has a pleasing appearance
A George III ebonised bracket clock, the folding handle above inverted bell top case, arched brass 6inch dial, silvered calendar dial to arch, gilt Indian mask spandrels, signed on a curved plaque 'Cha. Clay, London', additional spandrels to the front door, arched glazed side panels and rear door, fully engraved backplate with single fusee 5 pillar movement converted to anchor escapement, pull repeat, striking on two bells, on ball feet 41cm high (handle folded)seems to run but not tested as to duraction and accuracy. Holes in the backplate implying alteration - in fact probably a Dutch-made clock with an added London name plaque. Could do with some cleaning and polishing.

A carved mahogany wine cooler on stand, 18th century, in Rococo style, the canted rectangular edge with leaf moulding above gadrooned sides with two gilt goat mask handles, with lead lined interior, the stand upon bold leaf carved scroll feet with brass casters52 x 64 x 61cmSee images we do not believe it previously had a cover, castors appear original the stand separates from the base, screw holes indicate it has been fixed to the base previously the lead liner has condition issues, multiple holes and losses, the base is split down one edge and the wooden base underneath is also loose. two corners have been re-enforced by strap metal corner straps, the drainage hole has been soldered over the top edge has a later wooden slip which is now incomplete and falling off general wear and knocks to the extremities, one foot split to the corner C-scroll bracket losses to the wood surrounding the castors Handles knocked and very rubbed, probably associated, they dont appear to be bronze but most likely a cast metal alloy, the goat mask is very similar to handles used in the 1760's attributed to Samuel Norman Provenance: local estate, within the family for many years

A George III oak dresser base, of cottage proportions, the twin plank moulded top over a pair of lip moulded drawers, upon cabriole fore legs extending to pad feet, and chamfered rear legs of square section, 77cm H x 128cm W x 43cm DCondition reportGeneral stains, rings and water marks to the dresser top, one end of the top has been cleated, please see additional images.Evidence of historic woodworm in the drawer sides, drawer bases are later, no stoppers on the drawers, runners also are later.Age split to the RH side, metal bracket added to the underside of the front RH leg, both front legs possibly missing blocks to the tops.Overall the dresser appears to be structurally sound with little or no play in the joints.
