George III mahogany chest on chest, dentil and cavetto cornice, two short and six long graduating drawers, bracket feet, width 110cm, depth 51cm, height 185cm.Condition report:Cornice has a chip on the front right corner, sides are good and not split, right side has section of moulding loose, replaced handles and old visible marks, drawers are generally good but second bottom drawer is locked, front right foor has side section loose.
Oak longcase clock, case with moulded cornice, turned columns, long door, bracket feet, 31cm square brass dial, signed Samuel Lawson, Keighley, subsidiary date aperture, eight day movement striking on a bell, height 210cm..Condition report:Cornice has chips, frieze is split, damage to the hood near the door, trunk door is loose, scuffs around the base, movement appears to be complete but not sure if in working order, has two weights and pendulum.

The drawings which appear just over A4 in size are made mostly on tracing paper, with a couple of acetate, and include parts such as Angle Bracket; 3-Hole Strip; Triangular Plate; Nut and similar. Drawings appear to be in Good - Very Good condition. The Vendor states that her father obtained the drawings direct from the Binns Road factory upon it its closure.
