A Limoges Atelier Camille Le Tallec decorated ormolu mounted porcelain casket, 20th century, the exterior gilt decorated throughout with foliate scrolls, the interior with gilt floral motifs to the base and hinged cover, with scroll and shell form catch, raised on bracket feet, printed maker's mark, decorator's mark and inscribed 'dessiné et peint entièrement peint à la main par Le Tallec à Paris' to base, 14cm W x 9cm D x 8cm H, with a pair of similarly decorated Limoges Atelier Camille Le Tallec decorated pin dishes (one at fault), each 13cm x 8cm (3)CONDITION REPORT:All pieces show rubbing to the gilt highlights throughout. The casket shows wear to the ormolu mountings, a small chip to the gilt relief at the lower edge to the left of the catch, and a error to the trailed gilt relief on the left hand panel. The gaps between the porcelain and the ormolu show a build up of discoloured material. The ormolu shows areas of ingrained dirt, and the piece would benefit from cleaning.The at fault pin dish shows extensive repairs throughout. The other pin dish is in good overall condition apart from the aforementioned rubbing to the gilt.

An early 19th century mahogany bracket clock, of lancet form, signed 'Campbell Oswestry', the 20cm white enamel dial with Roman numerals enclosing a twin fusee movement striking on a saucer bell, behind a rear glazed door, trellis vents to the sides and ring handles, all raised upon gilt metal ball feet, 45cm H Provenance: Ruyton Hall, Shropshire (at fault) Condition report; front plinth is detached with some loss to the ebony beading, a minor 'L' shaped gouge to the top of the case, minor hairline cracks running from the top the case, 2cm long ,and around the side handles, general rubbing and wear to the case commensurate with age and use, front left foot only loosely attached and requires attention, please see further images for clock movement and back plate conditionChains are present on both barrels, clock runs when wound and pendulum prompted, however no guarantee of working orderNo subsidiary strike lever on the dial
