§ Dorothy Kerrison (British, 1900-1995) A portfolio of Still Life watercolours, signed "Dorothy Leeson" and one dated April 1920, largest 44 x 31cm (5) watercolour largest 44 x 31cm (17 x 12in) Dorothy Leeson was born in Gretton, Northamptonshire. Upon her marriage she lived at Appleby Farm, Renhold, Bedfordshire, and exhibited at the Royal Academy and the Paris Salon throughout the 1950s and 1960s. She was a member of the Essex Group in the 1920s with her friend Sir George Clausen (British, 1852-1944). Unframed - one has a torn corner.
Vincent Clare (British, 1855-1930) Still life of white and black grapes, apples, plums and peaches; and Still life of primroses, apple blossom, geraniums and a dunnock's nest with blue eggs on a mossy bank signed lower right "Vincent Clare" oil on canvas (a pair) 28 x 38cm (11 x 15in) Craquelure overall to both. The bird's nest one is a little dirty along the top half of the painting.
