Not foundEngine no. 6T DU 8921In 1950 and following on from the Speed Twin the new 650cc, 42hp Thunderbird became thefastest and largest capacity motorbike that Triumph produced. In 1960 the bike acquired the nowfamous Turner rear fender that quickly became known as the bathtub, this addition was quicklydropped from the American market and was considerably reduced in size for the British market. The Thunderbird had a long life, and in its last year of production 1966, although it could notcompete with the Bonneville it was still a fantastic bike due to its constant development over such along production run.Condition - This pre unit Triumph appears complete and will require recommissioning prior to goingback on road.Comes with - No documentation
