1 good size medium 19th C. Bloodstone ball with a garnet OME. This is a great example of a bloodstone in green. The size is impressive for one of these and the garnet is set into a floret pinshank. If you got the last lot of gemstones, try for this one and you can have a mother daughter set. 1 Large 20th century Red glass shell button. Bimini glass buttons have become quite the rage in the past 10-20 years. They were made in the 1940's by. A company in England was created by a man named Fritz Lampl who created these designs back then in carious colored glass, many of which have gold or silver luster highlights on them. They have a brass plate shank on the back which many but not all are marked with various backmarks, This example is one of the backmark examples and in fine condition. 1 Medium size 19th century Palmer Cox "Brownie" button. These are such fun buttons and not plentiful to find. Palmer Cox, a Canadian illustrator and was best known for The Brownies, his series of humorous verse books and comic strips about the mischievous but kindhearted fairy-like sprites. The cartoons were published in several books and his characters became all the rage. Of course buttons like this one were made but many seemed to not have survived as they, although show up once in awhile, they dont show up all the time.
