Smith, Birmingham 1861, in a fitted velvet lined drawer with a push-button opening, in a fitted brass bound walnut case, the interior of the cover fitted with a mirror and a stationary wallet, the front with a jewellery drawer and another drawer, the hinged cover initials with an inscribed brass cartouche 'F. E. Edwards 28 November 1866', length of case 33.3cm, approx. weighable 9.8oz.
