(47cm) long (slight wear and thinning) This polar is virtually identical to the Steiff examples: Strunz faced many lawsuits from Steiff, as they copied their products so closely. At some stage in this bears life he has been given a Steiff button

(21cm) high (muzzle and top of one ear missing, head stitched in place, missing most feet pads, worn and some insect damage) Provenance: Castor had a twin Pollux, named after the Greek/Roman mythology twins, which became stars.
