A Chinese carved jadite rectangular pendant of emerald green colour, 5cm high, decorated with a frog seated on folded leaves, a carved hardstone toggle or button in the form of a flowerhead, 8.5cm diameter and a carved hardstone circular panel with central rotating roundel, inscribed with characters, 6cm diameter.
A late Victorian French carriage clock, the eight-day duration movement having a platform lever escapement and striking the hours and half hours on a bell with push button repeat, the backplate stamped with the maker's initials and serial number 'G.R. 338', the white enamel dial having black Roman numerals, blued steel spade hands and signed by the retailer 'Howell & James Ltd, To The Queen, London', contained in a corniche style case, complete with original numbered key, height 15cm.
