A 19th century French Palais Royale etui the rectangular, green straight grain morocco case with foliate chased gilt metal edging, the lid opening to reveal a mirror to underside above a fitted tray containing original mother of pearl sewing accoutrements, comprising; bodkin, crochet hook, cut-glass scent bottle, thimble, needle case, snowflake silk winder and scissors (damaged, but repairable), push button release to centre front, 4¾ x 2¾in.
