All are maker marked "E Armfield & Co, Birmingham". And a single hallmarked Silver button with Rabbit engraved upon it. Back marked "WD"
Two similar Scottish provincial silver-mounted horn quaichs, by Dunningham and Co, Aberdeen, circa 1900-1920, circular form, the centres set with a silver button inscribed 'SCUAB ASI', with lug handles, one set with yellow citrines, the other with silver mounts, length 13.8cm, plus a set of six Scottish silver-gilt teaspoons, marked Silver, in the Iona style with ship terminals, in a fitted case. WW2 Japanese Infantry Peaked Cap, khaki top with red central band having gilt brass Imperial Japanese star to the centre. Leather peak and strap, missing one side button. Interior complete with the original leather sweatband and cloth lining. Area of damage to the red central band but otherwise good. Accompanied by a WW2 Italian Artillery Officers peaked cap with bullion embroidered cap badge to the front, leather sweatband to the interior and ROMA makers mark to the lining; WW2 French Red Cross beret with ink stamps to the interior lining; Military shako headdress with brass crowned badge to the centre, white metal side buttons (possibly from something else), leather peal and cloth lining to the interior. Third Reich Hitler Youth Boys Dress Dagger by J A Henckels, good untouched example of the early pattern Hitler Youth dress dagger with motto “Blut und Ehre!” to the blade. Enamelled Hitler Youth diamond badge set into the chequered grip. Housed in its original black painted scabbard with leather fixing strap and press button top. Makers trade mark to the centre of the reverse of the blade. Motto remains clear. Good untouched example.
Polish Air Force Officers Dress Dagger, being a communist period example, Polish eagle to the top of the pommel, celluloid grip, “S” style guard and press stud release button. Leather and white metal scabbard with the top fitting having Polish Pilots badge. Double edged blade stamped at the top “32378”. Good overall condition.
Rare and Fine Quality Victorian Court Sword for a Lieutenant of an Irish County, blade mirror polished and frost etched ‘Buckmaster 3 New Burlington St, London’ with crowned VR, extensive foliage and shamrocks, and crossed flags (union jack and shamrock flag). Regulation gilt brass hilt with applied crown and shamrocks to guard, crown-shaped pommel, wire bound grip, in its black leather scabbard with ormolu chape and locket, the latter with frog button in the shape of a shamrock. Blade 77.5cms. Fine condition, retaining all its original bright gilding overall, some rust staining to blade.
