Fresh out of storage from the last 4 years, this Mitsubishi 3000 GT still drives as good as the day it was imported! It will need a little TLC to the get it up to show standard, but for most Mitsubishi lovers it really has all to do with the engine! With new plugs and leads, the engine starts on the button and still has a strong tick over. The engine itself is clean with no clear signs of leaks to the hoses and engine block. The body work is genuine with the panels showing nice straight lines! The lacquer has signs of crazing to the tops of both rear quarters, but with a little TLC would be easily resealed. The millage is showing at 107,400km, so just over 66,500miles, which for a beast like this is nice and low!The vehicle comes with MOT’s back to 2006, as well as paper work for other work carried out over its lifetime! Currently not MOT’d due to it being out of storage and now in need of a couple of new tyres. This car will be a great investment, and with a little re-commissioning it would make anyone a happy buyer!

The Monte Carlo (12-hour stopwatch) was introduced in 1958, as the successor to the Autavia. The Autavia's 12-hour register (at the bottom of the dial) was replaced by a 12-hour jumping disc, visible through a window, just below the center of the dial. The early Monte Carlos had three buttons, with the left button advancing or resetting the hour-disc and the right button resetting the minute and second hands. Three-button Monte Carlos all used the A. Schild 1666 movement. The two-button Monte Carlo was introduced in 1967, with the right button (pusher) resetting the hour disc, as well as the minute and second hands. The use of the Valjoux 7714 movement in these later Monte Carlo required that the case be thicker (15mm), and it is this deeper case that lead to the other dash-mounted Heuers using deeper cases, in order to match the thickness of the Monte Carlo. It features a seconds recorder with the large hand registering 0-60 minutes, the jumping hour disc shows 0-12 hours, it has a clear luminous dial and hands. Metal black coated case, attached to a back plate. This is a rare chance to get a perfect period rally timepiece in fantastic condition.
