WW2 New Zealand Made Battle Dress Blouse Royal Artillery 2nd Infantry Division, fine New Zealand made war economy battle dress blouse with concealed button front and pockets. To each arm is embroidered Royal Artillery shoulder titles woven 2nd Infantry Division formation signs. Above the breast pocket is 1939-45 star and Pacific star ribbons. Complete with white cord lanyard. Stamped to the inside with NZ markings and remains of 1942 date. Good example overall.
WW2 Japanese Winter Flight Suit, being dark brown one piece example with large rabbit fur collar and fur lined interior. Half front zip with concealed button crutch. Fur lined knee pockets and fittings for the waist belt. Rear pocket and zip. Good clear Japanese military issue markings to the inside of the suit. Remains in generally good condition.
Medals & Documents of Ernst Goetz Honorary Chancellor of the Austro Hungarian Consulate Hong Kong 1890’s, the medals consist of Austrian Golden Cross of Merit with Crown by Braun of Vienna with miniature button hole, Imperial German Iron Cross 2nd class, enamelled Hamburg Hanseatic Cross, Prussian War Service Cross and 1914-18 Honour Cross with swords. Accompanying the medals is a number of original documentation including the award citation for the Austrian Golden Cross of Merit with Crown, handwritten letter written from Tokyo on 15 September 1893 with calling card for Ernst Goetz in Hong Kong, Legation of the United States of America at Peking 1886 travel document named to Ernst Goetz and Album Von Der Sachsischen Schweiz

7th Gurkha Rifles piper's plaid brooch circa 1964-68. A good die-cast silvered example by LB&BC (London Badge & Button Co). Within laurel sprays surmounted by a crown resting on a blank tablet, a Maltese cross with lions between the angles; to the centre, within a circlet 'Gurkha Rifles' crossed upright kukris with '7' between the blades. Stout pin to reverse of backing plate. VGC
Fleet Air Arm Cold War Period GQ Parachutist 1955 Gold Wing. A rare 9 carat gold example by JRG&S (JR Gaunt and Sons) bearing Birmingham hallmarks for 1952. Winged parachute bearing the letters GQ. Buttonhole fixing engraved 'No. 600' to reverse which is engraved 'LT J.P. SMITH 5-DEC 1955' and impressed 'Parachutist'. VGC Lieutenant John P 'Jake' Smith was a pilot serving with 830 Squadron operating the Westland Wyvern. On the 5th December he was tasked with practice bombing attacks at the Worthy Down weapons ranges. During a dive attack, his engine failed and the aircraft was uncontrollable, he ejected using his Martin Baker ejector seat fitted with the GQ Parachute. His life was saved. The aircraft engine was later stripped down to find the fault. A Petty Officer coat button was found in the compressor section. Lt Smith returned to flying and was subjected to a second ejection on the aircraft type on the 22nd May 1956. When serving with HMS eagle he ejected into the sea on the down wing leg. An attempt by the Air Sea Rescue helicopter to save him failed as his parachute was in danger of entangling with the helicopter netting. His body was later recovered by a sea boat.
Royal Fusiliers Victorian Officer's Peaked Pillbox Forage Cap. A good scarce example. Dark blue cloth with 1 1/2 inch scarlet band. Black netted button edged with eight braid circles to crown. Patent leather peak edged with bullion embroidery. To the front, a bullion embroidered flaming grenade, the ball with gilt pierced Garter with central silver Rose. Quilted crimson lining. Leather sweatband with stitching faults, lower edges mothed. Service wear and some moth.
Queen's Own Oxfordshire Hussars Troopers Hussar Pattern Tunic A scarce example the tunic of dark blue material with Mantua purple facings to the collar and cuffs. The tunic is edged with white mohair cord. To each breast, six drop loop white mohair cord lines with regimental button and loop fastening to the front. The right sleeve with regimental pattern Corporal Chevrons. The interior with cotton lining. PLEASE NOTE. the tunic with surface mothing and damage to parts of mohair cord. Buttons loose.

A good quality lined scarlet tunic with gilt button, dark plain collar edged in gold lace; gold cord edged epaulettes bearing bullion Globe and laurels. Cuffs with gold lace around the three buttons. Lower right sleeve with three inverted gold lace chevrons. Moth damage and overall service wear.
German Third Reich NSDAP Official's tunic and belt A good four pocket Haupt-Gemeinschaftsleiter's example of tan woollen cloth with turnback cuffs, light blue piping to collar and the collar patches; four seeded gilt eagle and swastika buttons down the front, one on each pocket. Left breast with ribbon bar for both NSDAP bronze and silver awards with emblems, central breast pocket pleat bears red, white and black NSDAP membership badge, top central button hole with War Merit Cross ribbon. Left arm with Ortsgruppenleiter's armband (detached but present) of light blue piped red woollen cloth with thin gold braid line top and bottom. Centrally a golden edged white disc with golden edged black rayon swastika bearing metal eagle and swastika 'star' to centre. Central simulated bullion oakleaf band edged with two thin gold braid lines top and bottom with remains of RZM paper label inside (minor moth) ... broad brown leather belt example with NSDAP gilded aluminium clasp (marked RZM M4/22). William IV Period British Army 1822 Pattern Officer's LevŽe Pattern Sword. A good scarce example. The slightly curved 1 inch wide piped back blade with an etched panel with a crowned WIVR cypher. The hilt of the regulation pattern with gilt open guard displaying a Crowned WIVR cypher. The shagreen grip with twist wire binding. Housed in black leather and gilt mounted scabbard, fitted with two loose rings and frog button. Gilt bright clean condition.
Napoleonic War Period British Officer's Magnificent Fighting Cutlas. An impressive large size fighting cutlas, the curved blade is a width of 2 1/s inches at the forte and a length of 35 inches. Half of the blade with blue & gilt engraved decoration, depicting a Crowned GR Cypher, Royal Coat of Arms and Britannia. The hilt made with a gilt open guard of floral decoration and this style of embossed decoration is repeated to the pommel and the back strap of the grip. The grip is of ebony with twist wire binding. Housed in original black leather scabbard with gilt mounts, these fitted with loose rings. The frog button appears to have been removed. The top mount with the cutler's details of 'Brown 104 Strand'. The blade retains approximately 30% of blue and gilt finish, small chips to grip.
